You held up two maxi dresses. The red one, a simple but formal satin piece with a sweetheart neckline. The black, an off-the-shoulder dress with subtle floral patterns on the skirt. Jinwoo took you on dates at least once a week, but you still made the effort to dress up despite the regularity. 

Your husband studied your reflection in the mirror for a moment, considering the choice of dress carefully. Ultimately, you would look gorgeous in either, especially to his eyes. But you valued his opinion, and he would give it to you honestly. 

“The red. It’s sexier on you.” 

You bit back a smile, satisfied with his choice. You hung the black dress back up in your closet, filled with others you had slowly added to your collection over the years. Some were birthday presents from your husband, while others were splurges while out with your friends. Red would always be Jinwoo’s personal favourite colour on you, and there was an obvious majority of the tone in your closet. From deep rich scarlets to warm-toned vermillions— each had their occasion to be worn, and each were equally adored by your husband. 

“All ready to go?” you prompted, slipping your heels on at the door. But before you could open it, you felt your husband’s grip on your wrist, gently turning you around before his plush lips met yours. 

“Now I’m ready.”

You don't have a tattoo kink, you just couldn't help that your partner's tattoo(es) did something to you. Every time the inked skin appeared before your skin, it was like you got hypnotized by it. And your hands just somehow happened to always graze over the tatted area. In quiet moments: the movement of tracing it was comforting; it wasn't that you traced the lines rather just making random shapes. Your significant other never complained about your hands being on their skin instead taking it in stride. So, no you didn't have a tattoo kink but maybe just a little bit of an obsession. Particularly and especially regarding your partners work.
