I found these little Avatar extras and this one extra was a little school au thingy where their own version of prom is coming up and Aang is trying to ask Katara to the dance but is competing with Zuko, Haru, and Jet and it's the silliest, adorable thing ever

The class

It makes me so happy that Uncle Iroh is the guidance counselor for their school

in the end, Katara chooses to go with the Blue Spirit(I think that's the right name) because she "likes the mysterious quiet type"

In the music section of the extras we see people perform in suits! See in the top corner on the right? It's being recorded and matched to models! We're getting Na'vi music at long fucking last!

GUESS WHO FINALLY MADE IT TO IMBALANCE!!!! BEST DAY EVERR I also did look it up to find out that in the timeline imbalance occurs like 3 or 4 years after the show ends which is absolutely fucking destroying me. he can not be fifteen..... FIFTEEN.........

Flying Lemurs were trained by the Air Nomads to fetch air staffs and bring them to the monks on command. The creators considered having Momo be trained as well, but as it would raise the question who had trained him, they decided not to.

11/15/18 (Behind the Scenes Thursdays):

In “The Avatar State” (Book Two: Earth, Chapter 1), Azula speaks to a guard who attempts to warn her about the tides of the ship. This dialogue was written by Tim Hendrick and originally intended as slides to audition voice actors for the role of Azula, but the writers liked the dialogue so much that they decided to include it in an episode script.

Avatar Extras for “The Crossroads of Destiny” states, “Fact: Katara is the only person to touch Zuko's scar in the series.“ This is incorrect; in “The Awakening” —the episode directly after “The Crossroads of Destiny”— Mai touches Zuko’s scar.

11/28/18:

Avatar Extras states, “Recap: Jet is the first boy that Katara kissed.” However, the two do not kiss on-screen in the episode and this is the only time it has ever been stated that the two have kissed.
