I am sharing a prop use one- Block & wall Frame the block with your hands- press sideways into block but also down into floor. Lift to dolphin- using a lot of leg and core strength. ❤️If this situation (down dog with elbows down basically) is new to you please feel free to lift a foot a foot, ok 👌 ⭐️ or maybe if you feel comfortable- also bend the knee of the lifted leg and point toes in the direction you perceive the sky to be. ✨ If you swipe there is a time lapse video of me doing a couple hops and showing how to use the wall. OF COURSE you know 😅I put the simple version at end of video, good thing it’s all of 30 seconds. So- if this is new go you but you kick up fine move just enough away from the wall so you can bend your knees a little and bring toes to wall and walk a little down maybe keeping cobra 🐍action in the heart 💜 space. ✨ Another option is stabilizing one leg and walking the other foot down the wall or off the wall (as shown) ✨ I’m sure you’ve seen the other fantastic posts by @catvaladezyoga @melindamartinsyoga & @yogameg.uk !!
