Why sugar is bad for you? [LIST]
So I’m doing this list kinda for myself as I need to remind myself why I really really shouldn’t eat sugar, but if you need a little motivation boost as well - here you go!
1. It makes you age faster.
2. It impaires your immunity system.
3. It spoils balance in your gut flora.
4. It can give you insuline resistance and then diabetes.
5. Sweet tooth make your smile UGLY.
6. Sugar can cause problems with memory.
7. High sugar intake can cause heart failure.
8. Sugar not only fattens your belly but also your liver.
9. Too much sugar can make you obese.
10. High sugar intake higher your cancer risk.
11. Simple sugars can affect how your skin looks not only by aging it faster - sugars can give you acne or just make your acne worse.
12. High sugar intake may increase your risk of depression.
13. Foods full of sugars usually make people bloat. Who likes to be bloated?
14. Simple sugars mess with your energy levels throught the day.
15. High sugar intake increases your risk of getting gout.
16. High sugar intake increases kidney disease risk.
17. Sugar. Makes. You. An. Addict. For real. Sugar can make you seriously addicted - it stimulates the same areas in the brain as drugs of abuse.
18. High sugar intake can cause Man to be impotent and women to be infertile.

This is the FACT that people don't know. I have seen a lot of people on social media know are "fitness coaches" who condones sugar but say stay away from carbs, fat, etc. The main thing is, whatever we eat --> it turns into fat. Whatever our body does not digest it will turn it into fat then deposit it in fat storages like a bank deposit. Refined sugar, which is what most of all our food is made of, cannot be digested and it is stored.
