A fun twist on classic popsicles, these chocolate-dipped banana pops are a delightful combination of creamy banana and rich chocolate.
Ingredients: 4 ripe bananas. 1 cup chocolate chips. 1 tablespoon coconut oil. 1/2 cup chopped nuts or sprinkles optional.
Instructions: Peel bananas and cut in half. Insert popsicle sticks into each banana half. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth. Dip frozen bananas into melted chocolate. Sprinkle with chopped nuts or sprinkles if desired. Place back on the baking sheet and freeze for an additional 30 minutes or until chocolate hardens.
