ホームメイドのバジルソースとパンチェタ、ブロッコリー、パルミジャーノのパスタ。 バジルとパルミジャーノ、オリーブオイルと塩だけで作ったバジルソースはよりバジルの香りがストレートに出る気がします。 フィジッリはマシャレッリ社のものですが、時間が経ってもコシのあるモチっとした食感が美味しい。 パスタの写真はSIGMA fp、40mm f2.8で撮ってます。バジルソースはi phone。違いは明らかですね。 Homemade basil sauce and homemade pancetta, broccoli and Parmigiano pasta. I feel that the basil sauce made with only basil ,Parmigiano, olive oil and salt gives a more pure scent of basil. Fusilli is from Masciarelli, it has a good texture over time. This Chicken with Sun Dried Tomato-Basil Sauce is a flavorful and satisfying dish perfect for any occasion. The combination of sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, basil, and cream creates a rich and creamy sauce that pairs beautifully with tender chicken breasts. It's easy to make and sure to impress!
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Salt and pepper to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped. 1 cup chicken broth. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped.
Instructions: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing flavors to meld. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes. Return chicken breasts to the skillet, spoon sauce over them, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with chopped basil leaves before serving.
