7am and im up! Total body day. 33 minutes jogging. 30 minutes of stretching and meditation. Thought of my friend who visited me the other day with soup and food when I was sick, and sent a little prayer to God blessing her. ♡ Finished two school projects that I started yesterday. Ate some ribs and salmon. Took a fast cold shower this afternoon to wake myself up, and now lying in bed mid day feeling snuggly and warm as I continue to watch Phantom of the Opera, thinking of a good thesis to write for my theatre analysis essay. Productive days are the best days, especially when you get to snuggle in midday.
