Finished (click to enlarge). Decided to show this one without garnish. The noodles are nice - flat and a little broad with a soft chew. A decent amount of them as well. The broth has a beef taste to it with a surprisingly light Sichuan chilli taste - I did expect a little more in the fiery department. The broth has a rich beef flavor and oiliness to it, just wish it had had a little more flavor than it did. The beef was very nice - a good quantity as well which really bumped up the game on this one. Not disappointed and thrilled I finally got to review it! 4.75 out of 5.0 stars. no beef instant noodles left at the store, had to buy the chicken ones, I have the same amount of love for both type of noodles, but I reaaally wanted the beef ones, like I could taste them while I walked to the store and I'm stuck with the chicken noodles and like it's still noodles but it actually makes it worse cause each bite I take now reminds me of the noodles I couldn't have, it's like the fact that it feels the same deepens the difference in taste, it just underlines the fact it's NOT beef
