If I wouldn’t have invested in myself; time researching, time learning, time trying and time failing, I would still be living a life of unhealthy habits. Thinking I needed a low carb diet, cardio cardio cardio, then caving and eating pizza multiple times a week because I didn’t know what to eat. 🍕 . If I wouldn’t have learned about working out with weights, my body, nutrition, health, the difference of an active lifestyle and putting good things into my body...I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the life I have! I would be self conscious, tired all the time, hungry and stressed. 🤯 . Since I started running, I’ve learned I can push my limits. 🏃♀️ . Since I started working out, I’ve learned self confidence. 💪 . Since I started eating better, I’ve learned I can do all those things and STILL have energy to spare!💥 . So, the point is, whether you believe it or not health and fitness isn’t about aesthetics...well, maybe a little bit, lol...but, for the most part the benefits come from being energized, confident, and strong. 🌟 .
