Okay, since I don't know how to draw, I'll share a desciption on what Vert looks like in post canon. I'll even share his story as well.
Appearance
In my post canon story, he is 35 to 40. He obviously looks a lot more mature.
He was in the military for years. So, it roughed him up a lot. Even in his appearance. He has scars all over his body. Some of it came from extensive training. There is a scar on his right eyebrow.
His height is 6 '3'.
He is a lot more muscular.
He has stubble on his face.
He doesn't smile like he used to all the time. His personality has changed a lot over the years.
He never changed his hairstyle though. The only thing is that he has grey hair, here and there.
Story
He used to be one of the senior officers of the militiary. The team he led was obviously way different from the council of five. He has become way more strict and has developed anger management issues. When the council of five reunited, they were really upset that Vert was no longer the optimistic hero he was once before.
Vert met a woman after a few months of retirement from the council of five. Her name was Allison. It didn't take long for them to have a romantic interest towards each other.
They were so into each other that Vert proposed to her after 2 years of dating.
After their marriage, a few months later Vert decided to join the militiary. He wanted to stop his work at Spectre motors because he deeply missed the team and would end up just thinking about them. Delaying his work.
After he joined the militiary, He became one of the senior officers at an early age. And was awarded countless times.
When he was allowed to go back home, he wanted it to be a surprise for Allison.
So, he didn't tell her and just came home. Which made him realise that Allison wasn't the woman for him.
She was cheating on him with a guy who is attractive and owns a multi-million dollar company [He got killed after a few years. Which left Allison alone]. Vert was heart broken and left her right then and there.
He then filed a divorce after isolating himself for a whole week in an apartment he rented.
That incident really broke him. He loved her so much that he'd do anything for her.
It took him a whole year to recover and when he did, that's when Sage called the BF5 back for help.

BF5 Headcanons: Watching a Movie together
Agura Ibaden -
Loves action movies and will point out her favorite stunts or ones she's learned
Would grab a bunch of snacks and then a tarp and watch a movie outside
She'll probably set her head on your shoulder, or lay across your lap...and wouldn't object if you wanted to lay in hers
As long as you're having a good time she is
AJ Dalton -
Would prefer an action or adventure movie...unless you'll watch a sports or Christmas movie
HUGE cuddlebug, and doesn't care which position you're sitting in
You'll probably have a blanket on because the AC will be cranked
Lots of snacks...but like weird messy snacks
Sherman Cortez -
He's okay with any movie you pick, he just really loves spending time with you
Will have an arm around you, or let you fall asleep on him...he just wants to make sure you're comfortable
Makes snacks or shakes...he's actually really good at homemade anything
His laugh will literally rumble in his chest, and thinks yours is the cutest thing ever
Spinner Cortez -
Really likes comedy movies
Will sit on the edge of the couch or on the floor, he moves a lot...and might flop across your lap
He also talks a lot or repeats lines/jokes that he thinks are hilarious
Stanford Issac Rhodes -
He'll go all out for you…your favorite movie and snacks? He knows them and he set everything up perfectly
For once he's quiet, unless something makes him laugh or there's music...then he's singing
Will snuggle with you if you let him
He just wants to see you happy
Tezz Volitov -
He's shy and quiet, and would prefer if you picked the movie...he really doesn't know any
Might try to hold your hand, or sits awkwardly next to you...but he won't shy away from you if you put your head on his shoulder
Tends to point out unrealistic things in the movies...but you'll smile anyways
Vert Wheeler -
Surprisingly he likes Romance movies, but will watch anything else, but Romance is his guilty pleasure
Will cuddle you, and if you fall asleep he'll probably pull you into a more comfortable position and sleep with you...honestly he's exhausted, but wants to spend as much time with you as possible
He likes to sing or hum along to the songs, it makes you laugh or smile and he finds it adorable
Zoom Takazumi -
A huge sweet-pea and will do anything to make you happy; movie, blankets, snacks, snuggles? He's got it
Let's you play with his headband or hair, it relaxes him...and he doesn't mind if you lay in his lap or fall asleep on his shoulder
Loves your laugh, or when you repeat things characters say...if there's an action scene that you liked he'd probably try to memorize some of it for you
Hates when you have to leave, because he really loves being around you
Vert Wheeler: Cis dude. Hella bisexual. Tends to prefer men slightly (60/40 split), but has dated more women. Kinda slutty and a serial romantic. Very particular about people knowing he’s bi not straight/gay/whatever. He’s got a flag.
Zoom Takazumi: Cis dude. Very gay. Never been particularly ruffled by it. He’ll tell people who ask but he’s not loud or anything, because he grew up in a different culture. Took Grace on a date to confirm, was very awkward about it. Loves pride events.
Agura Ibaden: Cis lady. Mostly heterosexual. If she was ever gonna date a girl it’d be Viv (OC), but that’s literally the only exception to her heterosexuality, ever. And she’s not aware of it in most universes.
Stanford Isaac Rhodes IV: Cis dude. Very bisexual. Tends to prefer women, but is too much of a bottom to date them frequently. Very romantic and casanova-esque, but in a charming way. Will call himself bi/gay/queer/what-have-you because blanket terms are cool.
Sherman Cortez: Cis dude. Heterosexual. The Token CisHet guy of Battle Force 5. Very open-minded though.
Spinner Cortez: Trans dude. Queer. Came out in middle school as a dude and had to transfer school districts because of it. Very quiet about gender stuff and only tells very close people (it took him over a year to tell the team). He thought he was straight and kinda ace until he met Jax (OC), then, because Jax is non-binary, he had to rethink it. These days, he figures he’s just queer and probably leaning on demiro/demisex, but he tries not to think about it too hard.
AJ Dalton: Cis dude. Pansexual. He’s pretty open about this and believes in love and loving who you want to love, and being awesome about love, and just genuinely loves love.
Tezz Volitov: MY DEMI/DEMI SON. He wasn’t sure if he liked ANYONE until he met AJ and started to fall for him, but as it progressives, he finds himself enamored by him in all manner of ways.
Sage: LESBEAN. She loves her wife very much (Corona [OC]).
Zeke: Cis. Gay. He’s old and gay and a little wound up about gender norms because of it.
Zemerik: I mean. He likes Spinner. And Zug. Sometimes.
Kalus: GAY BARA MAN. He has a HUSBAND.
Rawkus & Takeyasu: Listen man I am dead convinced they were lovers.
Sentients: Don’t believe in sexuality as a whole, tbh. They love who they love and gender how they gender. Any two sentients can make a kid, so.
Vandals: Don’t really care about gender when it comes to marriage, but being a warlord with a husband is seen as MUCH more masculine and powerful than being a warlord with a wife. Part of how Kalus rose to power was with help from his husband, after all.
Grace: Cis. She genuinely doesn’t know her sexuality. She dated dudes for a while because, you know, compulsive heterosexuality, but like, when Sun shows up in town she immediately takes up the “I’m so gay” commentary.
And all of them hate exclusionism and gate-keeping and love being open and supportive of their demi friends. When Tezz thought he was aro/ace, they were also supportive about that!

AJ is pretty much of a loner. He likes being in a relationship, but it has to be a long term one. And not someone who just tells him they need to break up after a few months or a whole year of being together. He wants someone who appreciates him doing outdoor activities. His past girlfriends left him because of how much time he spends outside. He tried his best to make them happy, he paid a huge amount of money for something they like (fancy dinner dates, makeup, dresses, jewellery, literally anything they like), supporting them through tough times etc, but it wasn't enough. They also doesn't like the fact that how loud he gets when he's awkward or tensed.
He would absolutely LOVE it when his girlfriend/boyfriend joins him doing whatever he doing. His past girlfriends have tried it but they never liked it. Especially during the cold climate. He has dated many women.
He also had slight romantic feelings towards a guy. But, he never tried to talk to him.
His parents doesn't really like the fact that all he does is outdoor activities. He did get hired for jobs like being a bartender, waiter etc, but he quit because it didn't suit him. Or turned out the way that he thought it would.
He's a sensitive guy. But, not as sensitive as Zoom though. If he gets really hurt by someone, he'll stop talking for days and just straight up ignore you.
He has a sister, who is 9 years younger than him.
He doesn't really talk to his parents because they are kinda mad at what he's doing. They expected him to get a high paying job and have a family. But, he visits them every few months or so. He'll only stay there for 2 or 3 days. The main reason he goes there is to see his sister.
He absolutely adores his sister, so he works really hard at spectre motors to earn some cash, so he could buy something nice for her.
He's a cool guy. Super romantic, family-oriented, sensitive, goofy and active.
People really enjoy being around him. He gives out good vibes. If you're sad, he'll make you happy instantly.
If he becomes your friend, it will be one of the best things that'll happen because of how cheerful and supportive he is. He'll help you in any way he can and he'll make your day better.
Overall, He's a sweetheart. He'll do anything for you and if you appreciate them and his lifestyle, he'll be very happy and will cherish you forever.

-Their SO came along to watch the team train, and somehow their SO was kidnapped.

-Vandals:
Isn’t too worried, since she has managed to trap them all at once
Is still mad, and makes sure to trap them for longer this time
The Vandals won’t be getting out anytime soon, and Hatch is definitely going to be paranoid for a while
-Sark:
Is worried, she knows how easy it could be for Zemerick to keep her SO locked away, or harm her SO
Makes a plan with the others, and tries to keep her cool
Doesn’t want to waste anytime, and can be a little reckless...but Vert and Stanford calm her down
-Reds:
Is absolutely livid, especially when she finds out Kyburi took her SO
Doesn’t tell the others, and gets a battle key...and immediately regrets it
She can take Kyburi, but they are evenly matched, and she lets her anger cloud her judgement
She goes back for help, and she eventually wins, of course with the team’s help
She starts crying because she is so happy her SO is safe and back with her again
AJ Dalton -
-Vandals:
He wasn’t really worried about the Vandals...or at least he didn’t show it
They were big, but it wasn’t anything he couldn’t handle...it would be sort of like football practice and pushing around practice dummies
He was obviously still worried about his SO, but he knew he would be able to keep them safe
-Sark:
He was a little more worried, but the Sark were nothing the GearSlammer couldn’t take out...if he took Vert with they would be fine
He would definitely scoop up his SO, and punch Zemerick (kind of like that scene in Hercules)
As soon as he got to his SO he made sure they were unharmed, and might teach them some self defense, especially if he wasn’t around...it help him feel better
-Reds:
You know how AJ is usually happy and bubbly...well he’s not...and it’s honestly terrifying...this dude is smart and cunning when need be
He wouldn’t even think of telling anyone, not even Vert, and would race off to find his SO...if there was even a bump on his SO, there was no telling what would happen. Krytus would probably nervously laugh whenever he saw AJ again
Lots of snuggling and hugging his SO, and probably wouldn’t let them out of his sight for awhile...he hates worrying and just wants his SO to be safe and happy

-Vandals:
Not too worried. He’s seen them up close, and dealt with them...been one of them
They’re just big animals, and honestly not very smart. This would be an easy rescue mission...Dude can lift a tank...he could and would punch their lights out to get his SO back
Would just make sure his SO is safe and unharmed, maybe give them tips on how to deal with the Vandals on their own
-Sark:
So remember the time the Sark took Spinner? Yeah, he’d react like that...but worse
Can’t focus on anything and is really angry. He might get -a little- a lot reckless and the team will often have to hold him back...which takes a lot
He just wants to get his SO back, and can’t stand to lose anyone he cares about...lots of hugging and would probably set up some kind of panic button
-Reds:
I would start running, because this softie is literally about to burn something down...think the Gladiators episode where he was about to run over Zoom
Angry crying, no thinking, and all action, and usually Spinner can talk some sense into him but not this time...the Buster would be completely banged up and the Reds would be a bit nervous around him
Eventually gets his SO back and breaks down crying, doesn’t let his SO out of his arms for a while and just wants to make sure his SO knows he will always protect them
Spinner Cortez -
-Vandals:
Quite honestly, for once he wouldn’t freak out and would go in with a clear head
The Vandals aren’t that bright and he would set a lot of traps...getting his SO back would be more like a game
The Vandals would be a little freaked out
-Sark:
Worries a lot, and is paranoid...he just doesn’t want his SO to be hurt
But, he knows he’ll be able to coax Zugg into handing his SO over...maybe
If all else fails he can easily hack into their mainframe, he’s not an amature in the slightest, and nothing is too much for his SO
-Reds:
Would probably freak out a lot and then drag Sherman along with him, he just wants to make sure he can be there for his SO in every way possible
Will hack anything and everything so he has an advantage over the Reds, he’s paranoid and cautious and would take every advantage he can get
Lots of crying and hugging once his SO is back in his arms, might program something into their phone like a panic button
Stanford Issac Rhodes -
-Vandals:
He absolutely hates Vandal, but he would do absolutely anything to get his SO back...even go to vandal, that's how much he cares for his SO
Would have the Reverb completely set up and would try to be as quick and efficient as possible...lot’s of screaming if a bug comes near him
As soon as his SO is safely at the hub he’d make sure they are unharmed before he checks himself for anything
-Sark:
First tries to reason with Zugg to give his SO back, but if that doesn’t work he’d definitely go in with the Reverb ready to go
There’d be a lot of Damage to the Sark and the Reverb, the job was messy but he got his SO back...just barely
Checks his SO for any marks, scratches, scrapes, or bumps...would hug them and tell them to be more careful, but that he’ll always be there for his SO
-Reds:
Remember when Simon stole his car, or when Simon was around in general? Yeah he has that energy but amplified...this Brit is absolutely livid, and there is a lot of screaming and creative swears
Would probably steal the Splitwire honestly, he needs as much fire power as possible, and he is not taking any chances on his SO’s safety...the Red’s are horrible, but not scared, more so shocked
As soon as his SO is back at the hub safely there’d be a lot of hugging and aftercare, he’d make his SO as comfortable as possible and assure them he’d do absolutely anything for them...but that they should be more careful

-Vandals:
Isn’t worried at all
Easily gets his SO back from the Vandals, and doesn’t really show mercy
Tells his SO to be more careful and aware when they come on missions
-Sark:
He’s obviously worried, but doesn’t show it or tell the others...would definitely speed off without a word
Would have an advantage over the Sark and didn’t come in without a plan...there’s definitely a wake of damage and no mercy for any of the Sark
Would probably put up a perimeter of security around the hub, that way he can keep his SO safe as well as the others...he may not show it but he really does care
-Reds:
He is absolutely furious, like his glove is no longer set to stun...if Krytus has his SO he will not go down without permanently destroying Krytus
Has a plan to destroy the Reds for good...again there is no mercy from him and quite honestly it’s enough to stun Krytus (if Krytus stops to actually think you know this emo boy really left his mark)
Makes sure his SO is safe and unharmed, he’s usually not big on touch, but he will hug and maybe hold his SO’s hands for a while...he just needs to know they are safe and he’ll be there always
Vert Wheeler -
-Vandals:
Like always Vert is worried about his SO, but he doesn’t show it
He easily comes up with a plan...it’s the Vandals who took his SO, it won’t be tough to get them back
He’s cool and collected, and would obviously make sure his SO is okay, before telling them to be careful
-Sark:
A little weary and isn’t sure why Zemerick would want his SO, but he has to get them back
A little more worried than with the Vandals, but will keep his cool...as long as he has a plan he can get his SO back, but the Sark will have to wait a couple months before their next attack
Makes sure his SO is unharmed and might give them a small dagger similar to his sword...he wants them to be safe
-Reds:
If the Reds are ever involved he definitely loses his cool, especially since they took his SO...all hell breaks loose and Vert would stop at nothing...he’d fight Krytus after every respawn
I imagine the others would come with, and Sage would give them a boost...no matter what the Reds would definitely have to replan their strategies
Vert would probably be very clinging, and want to make sure his SO is safe and unharmed...would probably give them lessons for self defense or have them stay at the hub (at least until he figures out how to keep his SO safe)
Zoom Takazumi -
-Vandals:
He isn’t too worried, but he is mad
Fists of fury...he’d do anything to get his SO back...and the Vandals are going to feel it the next day
Would hug his SO a lot and make sure they didn’t get hurt...much like Vert would probably offer to give them self defense lessons
-Sark:
He keeps his cool and would either bring Vert or Spinner with him, he knows he can get his SO back with a plan
The Sark definitely are surprised and will need repairs...please don’t make Zoom mad, he may look cute but he’s strong and is dangerous
Lots of hugs and snuggles for his SO, even if they insist they are ok
-Reds:
Kytren...buddy...bad idea
Zoom would be absolutely livid and there is no mercy for any of the Reds...they would be rattled and would definitely rethink what they thought about Zoom...he’s definitely dangerous
He’d make sure his SO was safe, and if they had any cuts or bruises he’d immediately take care of them...he would still be angry a few days later but eventually he would calm down

Vert Wheeler
Vert really loves the way (S/O) is.
He always pressures himself for everything. He would always take the responsibility. (S/O)'s motherly behavior would calm him up.
Vert loves (S/O)'s presence. There are traits of (S/O) that are very similiar to his own mom.
He would ask advices on how to not stress himself always. (S/O) always has the answer to these questions.
Vert will protect (S/O) at all costs.
Agura Ibaden
(S/O)'s motherly behavior just made her melt.
Sometimes, she overworks herself and someone has to put her in her place.
Agura herself has motherly instincts. But, (S/O) is very different.
She loves how demanding (S/O) can be when he/she gets irritated of Agura's behavior. She just finds it adorable. Eventually, she'll listen to her/him.
Zoom Takazeumi
It's been years since he saw his mom, and when (S/O) came into his life with her traits, he started to cry.
(S/O) is too precious to him that he will protect her/him at all costs.
Sometimes, Zoom can get stubborn and can hurt himself.
(S/O) is always there to patch him up and for company.
Zoom is a sensitive baby and he needs someone who is understanding.
Sherman Cortez
Sherman desperately needed someone to look after him when he isn't in good shape.
He's very sensitive and can be completely destroyed mentally when something happened to Spinner or anyone of his friends or family.
He's a sweet baby and (S/O) was there for him.
Sherman is always relaxed when (S/O) is with him.
Spinner Cortez
Spinner is amazed on how (S/O) is almost exactly like his brother.
Spinner would spend hours playing video games and eating junkfood. (S/O) has to stop him from making this always his lifestyle.
(S/O) would cook him healthy food, but it's spicy and delicious.
Sometimes, Spinner feels left out when everyone doesn't appreciate his jokes. (S/O) would always be there to support him.
Stanford Isaac Rhodes IV
He's mostly (not always) ignored because of his snobby lifestyle.
He gets really upset about it and he tends to go on vacations to forget about it.
When (S/O) came into his life, he felt warmth and comfort.
(S/O) would always give him cuddles, snacks and kisses to cheer him up.
In return, Stanford would surprise (S/O) with vacations to famous places!
Tezz Volitov
He haven't seen both of his parents since he was 9 and it really messed him up.
When he met (S/O), he started to cry.
He remembered how his mom used to comfort him when he was sad. She would always support him on whatever he did. (S/O) did the same and it made him happy.
Tezz started to smile and be talkative after he met (S/O). It was really magical to see him do so.
AJ Dalton
This man would someday give (S/O) a heart attack. When he goes to snow board and do other stuff, he gets injured. Sometimes.
(S/O) patches him up and gives him a whole ass lecture on not to do stuff so dangerous. AJ just find this hilarious.
Seeing him do dangerous moves and stuff just freaks (S/O) out.
(S/O) would have to lock him up in the hub because of how desperate he gets to do stuff outside.
(S/O) would make him watch a movie with her/him or make him help her/him to make a good meal. He actually loves to do that.
