The one-shot Silver Age: Teen Titans was published with a cover date of July 2000. The cover price was listed as 250 c. It was part of a collection of silver age one-shots released that month. It continued the story arc from Silver Age: Justice League where Agamemno had switched the bodies between heroes and villians. For instance, the Penguin was now in the Batman's body and vice-versa. On top of identity confusion of their fellow heroes (Aquaman in Black Manta's body and the Flash in Mr Element's body), the Teen Titans also had to face Sheriff Law who was using an obedience ray to subjugate the teens of Seaside.
