Jay, who'd bring flowers to every date and trying to reserve the most fanciest dinner places; whether he can pay for it or not.
Jay, who'd spend two hours in the bathroom on his hair, trying to figure out what to do with it while his friends are all pounding on the door to hurry up. He insists to them that he has to impress you, although you either don't notice a difference (because he decided after two hours to keep it the same) or just call it cute and continue. Either way he's patting himself on the back for a job well done.
Jay, whose pretty awkward yet will be one of the nicest guys you ever meet, always remembering what you want and need at the right time.
Jay, who was scared of letting you down during the first few months, when he was going to be late to any of your events, meets up, anything you set up; all because he's out saving Ninjago.

He holds high expectations for himself and is often trying to seem like a knight in shining armor out of a fairy tale... Although, he's often goofing it up but when you laugh about it he smiles way more.
Jay, whose the first person to like and comment on any of your post and stories. He's usually on his phone waiting for something to come up about you.
Jay, who'd send strange or outdated memes to you. If you didn't understand it he'd lecture you about the history of memes and it's impact.
Jay, whose annoying all his friends with how much he just talks about that date you guys went on... Two weeks ago. How could he not!? He seemed so cool, you guys danced together, you complimented his new jacket and scarf and you kissed him on the lips! It was all so perfect.
Jay, who has so many dreams about the both of you growing up together and doing everything old couples do.
Jay, who has small secrets he doesn't share with his friends, like how he can play guitar and learned songs like "Electric Love" or "Riptide." Despite being such a secret, he plays everytime you come over. Whenever you compliment him on it he gets all nervous and forgets how to play immediately after when he said he'd take song requests.
Jay, who get easily embarrassed by sudden affection like hugs from behind or kisses to the back of his neck. He forgets so easily what he's talking about or where he is; stuttering on his sentence.
Jay, who gets easily red like a tomato.
Jay, whose picking you up at work everyday. He insists on it, just wanting to be a gentleman! Even if you're held behind and it's freezing and dark outside, he wants to greet you at the door and take you home.
Jay, who can't sleep at night sometimes and hopes he can call you for an hour; even if it's in two in the morning. Despite being a ninja, he gets scared of not waking up the next day because he has to save the world... It can occur and he won't have any time to apologize for it.
Jay, who isn't the best at cooking food, but will want to do it every once in a while for you... Although, you both end up just heating up ramen, after.
Jay, always wants to play videogames with you, but he demands to be player 1. He gets so deep into the game he sometimes yells at you for messing up or getting both of you killed, but is immediately apologizing like crazy after... Even if you didn't care or forgot about it immediately.
Jay, who looks scrawny and skinny but can easily throw you over his shoulder. He's hiding muscles from you! You didn't find out until you guys went to a pool or beach, after eight months. He really didn't think much of it.
I am, to put it frankly, obsesed with this fic (and may have finished it in like two days) but this is also my first time drawing any of the ninjaboys (as I am still quite new to the fandom) but I couldn't resist it :D
