Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/2 cup granulated erythritol or monk fruit sweetener. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 2 cups fresh blueberries. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1 tablespoon coconut flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Add the sweetener, salt, and melted butter to a bowl and mix them together. Mix until it falls apart. Mix blueberries, cinnamon, lemon juice, and coconut flour in a different bowl. Put them in a baking dish that has been greased and spread them out evenly. To the bowl with the almond flour, add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Mix everything together well. Put spoonfuls of the almond flour mix on top of the blueberries. It should be baked for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the top is brown and the blueberries start to bubble. Warm up and serve. Have fun!
