Hey @ all fat activists who complain about doctor's. If you don't want to take their advice and actually do something for your health, stop going. I'm serious, since you all seem to think you know better then them anyway, stop going. Stop wasting their valuable time and resources and let them take care of the people who actually WANT help and who DO care about their health. You like Dr. Google so much, keep seeing him.

1) Appreciate everything your body lets you do - from dancing to swimming.
2) Wear clothes that make you feel confident and that enhance things you love about your body- e.g. corsets and gymwear.
3) Be naked- sleep naked, walk around your house in your underwear.
4) Follow body positive influencers on social media and unfollow all those that make you feel insecure.
5) Lingerie- treat yourself to a matching underwear set or some silk pyjamas.
6) Self-care- ranging from shaving, moisturising and even laying out in the sunlight.
7) Get ready in your underwear- before leaving the house do your makeup in your underwear.
8) Take selfies- all kinds of selfies, without/with makeup, morning and evening, bikini selfies etc.
9) Exercise- even if just for a few minutes a day, keep your body moving and maybe go for a walk.
10) Meditate- relax your body and focus on your breathing.
11) Sexuality- light some candles, play soothing music and have some alone time. Understand what your body enjoys sexually.
12) Have a bath- grab a bath bomb and bath salts, create a calming atmosphere.
