C I N N A M O N P A N C A K E S + strawberries + maple syrup
-- nodig: bloem (zelfrijzend), ei, melk, kaneel, vanille druppels, boter/rijstolie om pan in te vetten
mix twee kopjes bloem met evenveel melk en een ei. doe er wat vanille druppels bij en twee à drie lepels kaneel (naar smaak). meng goed met een klopper tot je een dikke, lopende deeg hebt.
verwarm een pannenkoekenpan met een klein beetje boter/rijstolie. de pan mag niet te nat zijn. schep 1 pollepel (saus pollepel) met deeg in de pan. duw niet aan, anders krijg je de lekkere dikke textuur van de Amerikaanse pannenkoekjes niet.
als de bovenzijde van je pannenkoek begint te pruttelen en drogen, draai dan voorzichtig de pannenkoek om. nog anderhalve minuut bakken & klaar! herhaal met alle deeg.
serveer met ahornsiroop (ook wel maple syrup genoemd) en aardbeien in fijne schijfjes.
