Oh, I should’ve made it known better on my previous ask that, of course, Martin has for sure dropped whatever he once had going on with Tyrion/Arya. I just meant little/major things he had in mind for his ending that he thought up in the year 1991. I don’t think he had any plans of Tyrion and Arya (obviously) being any sort of endgame since there are hardly any crumbs in the current story for them. I personally think if George went through with the trilogy, he would’ve had Tyrion trying to recreate his old love he had with Tysha onto Arya like he does with Sansa. Also, that is an interesting take. I never really took it to mind that Tyrion had a certain type. I sometimes go back and forth with Jon and Dany, like I can see them being together for a while, but I think Jon and Arya will be the overall endgame pairing.
oh no, i wasnt saying that you support that shitty love triangle, i just used it to say that actually many things changed from the original plot but, for some reasons to me hard to understand, Jonrya is still there while simultaniously Snowstorm is there.

It genuinely look like he cant chose a side between make a new end with Gendrya and Snowstorm or stay loyal to Jonrya.

Like objectively : Brienne would not make sense with none in canon but Jaime, its just a fact, people can ship her with whatever they want but this will not change. I saw that the wlw community particularly love Brienne and so i saw Brienne being shipped with Sansa, that make sense as i said here but Brienne is so painfully straight that i cant ship them even if they are my favorite girls, or Brienne with Margaery or Brienne with Catelyn and so on. All cute and fine but we know for a fact that GRRM wants her with Jaime. Or, as long as the haters wanna complain about it, RIGHT NOW, there is not one man that make more sense for Sansa than Sandor. Its there and is so obvious that the author put them on his wall.
Its not the same for Jon and Arya. Its like they have so much that can be perceived as foreshadows that i would think that it will happen but then they have huge foreshadows even with Gendry and Daenerys. I would be cool with every end Snowstorm + Gendrya or Jonrya but i genuinely feel like on a fragile soil and i cant say which side is the good one. I also thought that many the new triangle is Jon between Daenerys and Arya but if Jon would fall for Arya and accept his own feelings than i cant see noway in which he would love another woman as much as Arya and is sad for Daenerys.

Do not take me wrong we canonically know that Tyrion is into Sansa since before the marriage because he said so - he was attracted by Sansa's beauty since the very start and he also compliment her personality - but he does not rape her not because she is a kid - he wants her and he rape a slave kid of her same age - but because he wants to feel validated by his own society by performing a masculinity that was took away from him. This is one of those moment where i hate to be a not native speaker because it make it harder to explain myself.
Tyrion, exactly as Cersei, have problems with his gender and both of them reverse it on Jaime: both want to be strong and manly as Jaime. For Cersei her way to exercise masculinity is being violent while for Tyrion is gain approval thanks to his skills and this is why i think that despise both having the same type, feminine and delicate, Sandor really loves Sansa while Tyrion just wants her.
Tysha was beautiful and delicate and Tyrion felt like an hero, A MAN, when he saved her and he wants to have the same with beautiful and delicate Sansa that need to be protected/saved but he does not love her because when she rejects him Tyrion gets mad instead when she reject Sandor we see that Sandor felt bad for his actions.
This because to Tyrion, Sansa's love is a "skill" : when he thinks about marry her he felt bad not because she was a kid, he said that she is a kid but he wants her anyway, but because he felt as not good enough. Sansa in his mind is beautiful and sweetsmealing and delicate and kind and he is just an ugly short man while she prefers tall and beautiful men - this is not really about Sansa but himself and infact he add immediantly after that he wished to be as tall as the Mountain and as beautiful as Loras.
Tyrion see Sansa's and beautiful gender conforming proper noble lady from high nobility's love as something that belongs to men.
This is why he does not care after he raped that little girl, she is just a slave to him, but Sansa is his opportunity to show to his society that he is deserving of the same spot of other men.
This is what i think and also why i feel that people are laying to themselves when they say that Tyrion genuinely cares for poor people.
