Okay Chris is a teenage boy now. And i dont know about y'all, but every teenage boy ive known loves to burn stuff. My uncle taught me and my brother how to burn shit with a magnifying glass when i was little, boys loves to smoke shit and burn stuff.

We need a chris and his friends get into setting fires or like one of his friends is like "chris youre basically a firefighter so its safe right?" and hes like "uhhh yeah? i--i guess?" and then something bad happens with it like someone gets hurt and they are like "no please dont call 911" and chris is like "guys we have to call 911" and theyre like "NO" so he calls buck cuz his dads gonna get mad at him. So he does, and buck is mad, likie, really mad, and trying to stay calm but he kinda goes off on chris about fire safety, and like "What if something happened to you, huh? It would crush me and your dad. Like Chris you have to think this stuff through." And buck says hes gonna come, but chris forgot buck is on shift so he tells chim and the house ends up going out and the 118 shows up and chris is just like "well shit" and his dad is FUMING like someone call 911 cuz eddie is so mad he's gonna burts into FLAMES

And so eddie is like "I let you spend one shift at home alone and THIS IS WHAT YOU DO? I am calling tia pepa and you will be at her house until i get off shift and you are so so so grounded." And then they have to have a fire saftey talk but also a peer pressure talk and a "you cant keep running to buck when you think youre in trouble, chris. That's not okay. Buck loves you and he'd do anything for you, but he's not your dad." And chris is like "He might as well be...he basically scolded me on the phone."

and eddie is so taken aback by that hes like got this turned upside down feeling in his stomach, and he spends the next episode trying to figure out what that feeling is. At first he thinks he's angry with buck for disciplining christopher, like a "you cant talk to my son that way" kind of feeling, but then hes like kinda proud of buck for putting his foot down too. And it kinda mirrors the "best buddy bobby" storyline when athena and bobby started dating and bobby was trying to find his footing with may and harry. And thats how we get buddie canon.

So everybody thinks Eddie is a softie because of that "happy to listen" line about Shannon but. That was years ago, I don't know.

This man's idea of a fun night out is a poker timba. I watch this show with my husband and even he knows that Eddie got so worked up over Buck's crazy math skills, y'all thinking it's cute that he counted the seconds he was dead but the way he says it he's so obviously turned on that Buck is basically Deadpool but crazy hot. The HEART EYES people he's not subtle about them. This whole scene is just so painfully obvious, in Eddie's mind they wipe ass and then he shoves Buck up against a wall and fucks him dirty in that shady back alley and then they go home and Eddie just LAUGHS because Buck walks funny for a day or two.

Eddie is not a softie. He's the worst kind of tease. Quiet but sassy.

Ps: I don't know if this is Spain specific but "timba" is an underground poker game. Not very classy.
