The most chaotic byler proof to me will always be the Will the Wise drawing on the wall in El’s room, and in the direction where Mike was facing while they made out on her bed…
Netflix Geeked literally acknowledged this as an easter egg, and confirmed that it was one of Will's drawing.
Within the context of the show, we know that El and Will were barely acquaintances at this point in early s3, so it's not like he gave it to her. But, a clue as to who did give it to her, is the huge poster to the right, directly above El's bed.
We know that poster was from Mike because it was in his basement the first season(s).
We also know from s1 that Mike has a binder full of Will's drawings, along with a few notable ones being scattered on the walls throughout his room and basement, even up to s4.
So, they essentially hinted pretty outright that these were both things gifted to El, from Mike...
Not to mention the lyrics on screen while this is happening????
And the way it barely allows us to see the drawing even, by juxtaposing it sneakily within a transition so it could easily be overlooked.
Absolutely chaotic. But genius nonetheless.
