Day 1 of C25k program.
5 min. Warmup, followed by 20 minutes of 60 sec jog and 90 second walk, 5 min cool off.
Definitely faster than my normal incline and weights stuff.
Continuing to binge The Office before it leaves me.
Not sure what I weigh.
I did start the process of removing myself from the toxins situationships that I was finding myself in. Step 1 was removing myself from that accountability group. I did cause a little kerfuffle, but I am 100% certain that that girl is with my ex again and I am just over it. Whenever they get back together she doesn't talk to me for awhile. And then when they breakup she cries for 4 months. It has become really toxic for me and I don't like it.

I DID IT. Couch to 5K Week 6 Day 3 done.
After C- grade sleep, I woke up, had some pre-workout, and was on the trail by 7:30 AM. 15 Degrees cooler than my attempt on Saturday.
It was difficult. The fact that Week 7 features three days straight of a 25 minute interval of jogging is something I am not at all looking forward to. But that is a Wednesday problem. Today I revel in my 22 minute victory.
Heading into work in the afternoon (I enjoy working from home immensely, but something about visiting my physical desk and putting ducks in a row for the week helps with the bumps in the remote-work road).
I did it
Poor eating and indulged a lot during this weekend so not really looking forward to my weigh-in tomorrow.
But I did C25K Week 2 day 1 today.
proud that i got out of bed and got my run done 🙌 C25K day 2 ✅
Whether you are running for 30 seconds or for several hours you are a runner.
As soon as you strap your feet into your trainers and step foot outside the door or onto the treadmill, you are a runner.
You don’t have to be the fastest; the one who goes the furthest; the one who struggles least; the one who runs the longest - You are still a runner.
Missed a run? Missed a week even? You are still a runner.
At the start of a training program, like C25K? Just getting moving more? Running marathons? You’re all runners.
This community should be for everyone, no one has the right to make you feel bad for what you are achieving. You’re only competition and measure of success is yourself - your personal runner journey.
We are in this together! And anyone who doesn’t agree has no business here. Inspire. Achieve. Keep going.

one exam down; two to go! 🥳
having to focus again was weird and I’m not sure I liked it, but hopefully I can put TD behind me because it was a punishment 😨
also had sports forum today, which acted as a nice lunch break, and my joints are utterly smashed from last week, as this morning’s run so graciously pointed out 🧊
Tue - Are you an introvert or an extrovert?
A bit of both, and it changes around so quickly that I can barely keep track. Usually, I’m quite introverted until I know a person, and then I’m an open book, nothing is off limits, and I’ll come away with the wackiest shit. I can have extroverted spells, but it’s usually just in labs so that I can make sure our group is actually doing something 🔬
