This is a tasty and low-carb version of the classic Caesar salad. It has soft chicken, creamy avocado, crisp romaine lettuce, tangy Parmesan cheese, and a tasty Caesar dressing.
Ingredients: 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and sliced. 3 large heads romaine lettuce, chopped. 3 ripe avocados, diced. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 cup Caesar dressing sugar-free. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/2 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Chop the romaine lettuce and put it in a large bowl. Then, add the diced avocados, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and parsley. Add the chicken breast that has been cooked and cut into slices to the bowl. Add the Caesar dressing to the salad and toss it around until it's well covered. Grate some Parmesan cheese over the salad and toss it again to make sure it's spread out evenly. Add pepper and salt to taste. Serve right away, dividing the food into 24 portions.

This Easy Homemade Caesar Dressing is creamy, flavorful, and perfect for dressing up your favorite salads. Made with simple ingredients like mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, and garlic, it comes together in minutes and tastes better than store-bought versions. Plus, it's keto-friendly and delicious!
Ingredients: 1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese. 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard. 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl using a whisk until everything is well mixed.
