After the bombs dropping down on her country when she was 11, her parents dying, being forced to be an experiment by Hydra, her brother dying and having to kill vision and see him die again.
I feel like she'd have some issues. But it dose make me think of some cute moments that could happen, really at any part of her story.
Like imagine some fireworks are going off and Wanda is having intense flash backs to when she was 11. Then someone comes up to her (Vision, Clint, Steve. It doesn't matter) and comfort her as she's freaking out.
