Vegan Teriyaki Cauliflower Wings
These crispy baked cauliflower wings are coated in panko breadcrumbs and served drizzled with honey and plenty of hot sauce for bags of flavour!
Lemon pepper cauliflower wings 🤤
1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic power
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup soy milk
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup plant butter, melted
2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
Preheat the oven to 375. Mix together the soy milk and apple cider vinegar. Set aside for 5 minutes. Mix together flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt. Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Coat the cauliflower florets in the batter and space evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. Add the lemon pepper seasoning to the melted butter in a large bowl. Toss the cauliflower in the lemon pepper butter. Adding more lemon pepper seasoning if needed. Place the cauliflower back in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot with dipping sauces of your choice.

buffalo cauliflower “wings” with cashew sour cream:
serves 2 as an appetizer
wings:
1/2 head cauliflower
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
salt to taste
3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp cornstarch
water to thin
** In a bowl mix breadcrumbs and nutritional yeast and salt (to taste).
** In another bowl mix flour, cornstarch and water until a thin batter forms
** dip cauliflower pieces into mix, then breadcrumbs. place on parchment paper. put in oven at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
sauce:
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp honey or agave/maplesyrup
soy sauce
siracha
**mix all together, add extra siracha to taste
sour cream:
- 1/4 cup cashews
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
1/4 block tofu
water to blend
** place all ingredients in blender
METHOD:
halfway through baking (at the 15 min mark) dip the wings into the sauce and place back in the oven for 10 minutes.
