Today I made “Cha Trung” (which can be best described as an Vietnamese Egg Meatloaf)
I’ve had this several times at restaurants when I was younger, but never actually attempted this dish before either. Putting it together and cooking it didn’t seem too difficult, but mine did not turn out as I would hoped it would - Mine are not as yellow as the recipe had theirs but the taste is still there! It’s salty, egg-y, and just like the real deal, minus the appearance, which I definitely need to work on.
Overall, I would give my attempt at Cha Trung an 8 out of 10
