- Chai. Drive safely.
- Thanks. And also, tell me how many geese you counted.
I think the series is doing a great job at showing the different couples and their bond. There is something interesting in the story of Chai and Aek who come from different "world". Chai is raised by a single mom who has difficulties to make ends meet. He used to be the leader of a gang and it led him to many problems. On the other hand, Aek was raised by a rich and doting family, but he has always been shy and doesn't like to perform in front of people.
In many stories, these two would never have been friends (or more), but in this one they balance each other well. They both bring the best to each other. I was afraid when Chai was arrested that Aek's parents would try to forbid them from seeing each other. They did it, at first, but they are nice enough to offer a second chance and that's why I think they can keep their title of "best parents" in a BL series. I can't wait to see how the deep bond shared by Aek and Chai will slowly morphed into romantic feelings.
