A friend recently started running a Descent into Avernus campaign for our group so I painted them their favorite fiend as a gift, with one of the mtg art cards from the Baldur’s Gate set as a neat little display.
WHICH IS MORE SMASHABLE?
Cambion
Chain Devil
On the left, Cambion. Half fiend, half humanoid mortal, known for corruption and often anarchy. Size based on whatever species the mother was, and known for putting thier all into whatever they do. They're also usually lonely, ambitious, and/or self confident.
The chain devil on the other hand is a 6 ft (1.8 m) tall fiendish sadist covered in chains they can control and extend at will. They can also take control any chains you might have, giving those fuzzy cuffs a fun little mind of thier own!
Yeah these ones are rather self explanatory, and also appealing to the same type of person. So if that's you, have fun! >:D
My party is in the Shadowfell in my home game, so you all get a variety of creatures and residents of the plane of shadows. Including Zon-Kuthon and some kytons, a baku, death's heads, and more creepy monsters for gothic horror and spooky fun.
Chain devil NPC Samigin because she’s fun. A bureaucrat sadist who loves to cause suffering through boredom and frustration.
Round 1, part 1, Match 20.
