episode 4
Harikarn (who did Chains of Heart along with Maximon back when both companies hadn't split up yet) just released a new pilot trailer for their next series The Hell Guard.
And if you're wondering why there's an entirely new pilot trailer when there already was a pilot trailer over a year ago - seems like the original project fell through and they're doing it all over again with the same lead actor (Chaaim Alongkorn who also played Payu in Chains of Heart) but an entirely new but much reduced cast (so no more Fiat Patchata as Hin, I guess 😭).
Another thing that seems to be much reduced is the story itself but even though The Hell Guard is set in a huge universe with a large cast of characters (of which Chains of Heart and the prematurely cancelled Love Puzzle and Art Adore En are also a part of) that doesn't necessarily need to be a bad thing. I hope. Maybe at least the series will finally happen that way.
Also, if you're curious why Chaaim will play another character called Yu in yet another Harikarn project: that's not the same character as the one from Chains of Heart but his twin brother Waranyu who spent a large part of his life in a coma and wakes up with supernatural abilities (which I'm guessing is where Nike Nitidon's character comes in. I think he might be the one who gives Yu the choice between crossing over into the next life or becoming a spirit guide). Nef Rattanan plays Palang, a shaman and Yu's (eventual) boyfriend.
I'm not sure who the women are since there's no GL in the novels at all but, hey, I'm all for it. I also have no idea when this is even set within the original story since there seems to be a lot of skipping and fast-forwarding and like, 70% of the characters are missing. But I like Harikarn's style, and I really like the story and cast so I'm still super excited for this.

I was rewatching the first ep of Top Form. And I didn't realize that Akin's character in Akina is named Ken 😭 That's his other baby! 😭❤️
Also didn't notice the feathers flying around Jin. (Hard to see because of the blur.)
And now I'm wondering if Jin left his manager (or whatever) because he remembered he doesn't like Akin. So once he fell face first in love, he was like, nope, not having that, maybe? (Love the emphasis of the all caps DO NOT 😂)
Also thinking again about Akin holding the Ace of Hearts card in the intro, and in ep 4, Jade wearing a Heart on his sleeve with a K. No thoughts, just 🤔
