apparently somebody on Artfight stole my oc Nox, renamed him "Axar" and claims he's from"qsmp"

Firstly, I'd like to ask why even steal other people's characters for ARTFIGHT?

I mean, good job! You're getting free art of literally SOMEBODY ELSE'S oc. How's that even remotely give you anything?

Eeeeuuugh got this bitch stealing my characters.

There’s Amethyst, my Sona.

And then Axo and Vampir, two of my main mascots.

Petty character theft! Definitely justified! Not to mention they’re the type of person to try and normalize Paraphiles, hence the Necro, Zoo, MAP, etc flags.

For context, me and this bitch could be on better terms, but instead of making a valid argument or point during our quarrels, they instead stoop down to this level. Shame them, idfk. Just wanna bring awareness to this and the fact that I DO NOT make my characters like this, nor are these this person’s designs. It’s degenerate behavior. The fact they’re so willing to do this after getting rightfully beat down I feel says enough about their character already, so take it as you will.

If anyone wants further context to the situation, I can provide links and screenshots.

If anyone is wondering whether these are actually my characters, Amethyst has been my Sona since 2021, and I’ve had Axo for around 2-3 years now, and have them all uploaded to Artfight of which includes dates of when I uploaded them there, of which is way before these shitty versions of them were uploaded. This is also the only time they’ve posted these “really original” character, so I couldn’t have taken them from literally anywhere other than my own brain.

also the last line is sending me, all this build-up of the most generic uninspired opening intro for a tickle monster, only to basically end with "I like to take long walks on the beach"

Also who tf is Jocelyn? Who is Lucas?? like yeah I assume it's the name of the people who made these terrible bots, but since they're public bots, we just have to assume everyone who interacts with them is now Jocelyn or Lucas. Those are the only people he targets, everybody else go home 👌

Also, if the makers of these bots find this and think I'm attacking them: Good. Full offense, but if you make AI garbage of people's characters, especially without their permission or giving any sort of credit, you deserve to be put on blast. I legit died laughing at these tho, and there's fuck all I can do about it except to let everyone who actually respects my characters and my boundaries get a good laugh out of it too. That's what Ragman would want 👍

He fucked around and found out, now he's crying about it.

Like, there's no issue with making fanart of someone else's fan characters, but boundaries need to be respected at the end of the day.

I make fanfic and fanart of someone else's OCs, but at the end of the day, that OC belongs to someone else and what they say goes.

It's called being respectful.

This one acted like an absolute dillhole not only to me, but had a scummy prideful attitude about a popular fan character to the point that they believed they should own or adopt the fan character because how very dare the creator not do anything with it. This person wrote an entire fanfic where they magic'd away Leah's disability when TC already had an idea for the character. Even if TC no longer works on this because of this exact behavior and treatment, that doesn't mean their characters no longer belong to them.

The takeaway here is, be respectful to content creators, don't be dicks.

(I would also like to note that this asshole had the lord's prayer in his About Me, something about christians and their entitlement to things that don't belong to them goes hand in hand even in fandom spaces)

It has come to my attention that a certain someone has continued to steal my OCs. The first image is their copies, the second two images are the originals. DO NOT buy from them, as these ponies ALREADY HAVE OWNERS WHO PAID FOR THEIR DESIGNS. Please report her for character theft, her deviantart, artfight, and toyhouse are all MagicClan.

Art Thief Claiming Vex’ahlia As His Character For Art Scams

Hello! Sorry to bring drama into these tags, but I feel it’s important to warn people about someone trying to scam gore-fetish art out of people using Laura Bailey’s character!

To sum this up, a semi-well known art thief who originally went by the usernames “spirtomb1831″ & “lanawynthebluelf” is an elf/woman fetishist who often scams people into making him gore-fetish art of (usually) teen girls. He’s stolen characters before & has been called out for it multiple times. He’s attempting to scam people using someone else’s character (again) & this time, is claiming that his character looks just like a particular piece of art of Vex’ahlia from Critical Role.

Pictured above is the message he is currently using to conduct this round of scams. This came from the account “Avelorn (name listed is Michel Durant)” on ArtStation, but he’s on nearly every platform (Reddit, DeviantArt, Instagram, Imgur, & might be on Tumblr & Twitter.) A list of all is his known usernames is featured near the beginning of that presentation, so if you want to block his guy, you can.

His email addresses are [email protected]  [email protected]  [email protected]  [email protected] , [email protected] , so if you see any of these, DO NOT ACCEPT THE COMMISSION. You will be scammed; you will not receive any payment. And you will be drawing a character who a decent amount of people know is not this guy’s character; not everyone may know this because not everyone knows about Critical Role, so if anyone does get scammed, it’s probably because they don’t recognize this character.

hey frens i just wanna give a heads up, ive just been notified that my impim OC, Skittles, has been stolen by someone on vrchat. i cant do much on my end but i wanted everyone who follows me at least to know that this is happening and if you see an impim that looks like this-

-its MY character. i dont know how vrchat works but if you see this impim please report the player if possible and keep an eye out, your impim could be stolen just as easily
