😋😋 Matcha Mint Chia Pudding Cups 💚 Made by @whole.harmony.health 💚 ⠀ • 1/3 C chia seeds • 1 can full-fat coconut milk • 1 Tbsp matcha • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or agave • 1/2 tsp spirulina • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract • Coconut yogurt for topping • Fresh berries ⠀ Combine all ingredients except yogurt & berries in a large bowl and whisk until completely mixed and starting to thicken. Divide into 3 jars and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set. Top with yogurt, berries and any other toppings.
