Guys how did Buck know where the fire chief was??? Like he didn’t take him to where ever the fire chief works, LAFD HQ. He found him at a restaurant but how did he know he would be at that restaurant at that time? I’m sure there is a logical reason but still it’s Buck.

Well, take comfort that it’ll only be temporary and a good source of TV drama. And me and @itsjustpoopeh howling for Hen and Chim to call up Buck’s employment attorney and proceed to own the city of Fake LA.

Would love for Hen and Chim to have the “I’d totally move a body for you, you know that, right? And if it were a certain someone I could be convinced to help with the making them a body in the first place, too. We could take it to our graves, promise!” Conversation.

Though realistically I think there’s a possibility that Hen is forced out of her job altogether by this thing with Councilwoman Ortiz (again, temporarily), and the Gerrard thing is separate and related to him being so visibly chummy with Chief Simpson at the awards ceremony right before Bobby pissed him off. So maybe just Chim gonna pay his mortgage off!

Anyway there’s nothing like a truly repugnant character to introduce some grade-a drama that everyone can agree on. 😁

My reaction to 7x09:

They showed Buck when he said Tommy and they showed Eddie when he said Buck.

Shannon was the love of Eddie's life? No. Bobby reminded us that Catholic guilt is still in play for Eddie. Eddie has no idea who he is right now.

Buck is safe with Tommy. Didn't Eddie also have to learn to not play safe with relationships?

There's a reason why Angela, Peter, and Malcolm-Jamal are legends.

The Henrendenara scenes nearly killed me.

First, Eddie, and then Bobby? The couch and kitchen theories are back with a vengeance.

The artwork on the wall during the scene in which Kim gives Eddie closure over Shannon?

Vertigo-esque shit is literally in the room.
