Hi babes!! it's daisy here, I wanted to talk about something that's close to my heart. Living with chronic pain is a tough gig, and sometimes it hits me like a ton of bricks. But I don't let it get me down! I've got a backup routine for those days when I just can't get out of bed, and I wanted to share it with all of you.

♡ 6:00-8:00 AM: Rise and shine, babes! I start my day by taking care of myself with a little toothbrush action and face wash.

♡ 8:00-8:30 AM: Medication time! A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.

♡ 9:30-10:30 AM: Curl up with a good book or a rad audiobook.

♡ 12:30-1:30 PM: It's lunchtime, baby! I have my noms in bed, of course.

♡ 2:30-4:30 PM: More chill time with some movie or TV show action.

♡ 4:30-5:30 PM: Snack attack! I munch on something tasty to keep me going.

♡ 5:30-6:30 PM: Listen to my fave jams or a cool podcast.

♡ 6:30-7:30 PM: Dinner is served! Once again, in bed.

♡ 9:30-10:30 PM: Time to wind down with a good read or a peaceful tune.

It's not easy dealing with chronic pain, but having a backup routine like this really helps me get through the rough patches. Remember to always take care of yourself, and if you need to take a break, don't feel bad about it! Keep on keepin' on, babes! 🌸🦋
