The City of Drakesguard

Lots of work has gone into creating this city, which you can insert into your D&D campaign setting very easily.

Drakesguard is a city on the smaller side in terms of population, which can be explained principally because of the fact that it lies just on the edge of the territory of an ancient red dragon, and as such is attacked by her and her minions quite regularly.

In this 24-page PDF, you get everything you need in order to run an adventure in Drakesguard, and to have it integrated into your campaign setting as a whole. You get features such as:

I’ve almost finished this massive document

For all y’all that have been regularly checking out my Patreon, you’ll know I’ve been working for several months now on another pre-prepared D&D city. The document is looking like it’s going to be 33 pages long, the biggest city I have made so far. I just wanted to give a little preview of it on here...

The Table of Contents alone is looking like it is going to stretch to 2 pages. The city has 12 different features that characters can interact with, one more fleshed-out quest, features monsters that are already available like the Leprechaun, Boggart, Odimence, and Spriggan, plus more premade NPCs than I have counted yet.

The document is rife with plot hooks that players and DM can take in so many directions, combat statistics are given for every major character *just in case*, the interactions between the governing bodies, the thieves’ guild, and a secret vigilante team are all detailed through the document. Rumors for each of the 3 taverns are listed out. There’s race tables for generating random NPCs, and encounter tables for when your people are travelling the area around. It’s gonna be a useful document, and it doesn’t try to shoehorn any lore outside of the city’s own so you can plop it right into the world you’ve been making.

Hiatus

The City of Nodrad

A present for my $1 patrons.....

Welcome to the northern frontier of Nodrad, where the cold numbs you to death and all of the beasts outside the walls are massive. Here is the biggest civilization this far north, a port at the base of a mountain.

Dominated by Dwarves and Humans, but with a splash of other races and some Frost Giants, the city of 30,000 stands steadfast against the harsh elements and the unreasonably dangerous world outside.

Full of superstition and suspicion, the residents here are distrustful of outsiders... but with a recently destabilized government, what appears to be a mounting threat outside the walls, and darkness brewing in the very community, outsiders might just be exactly what the city needs.
