When Cameron is available, she’ll sit around in Wilson’s office and talk about whatever with him — Ex; shows she’s currently watching, patients, possible home renovations, what she’s planning to for dinner, weekend plans, etc.
Wilson and Cameron respectively have guest keys to each other’s places. It started out as just for emergencies, but then it became comforting to know the other has that amount of trust and they just visit each other out of the blue sometimes. (Cameron more than Wilson.)
Cameron calls Wilson whenever she has any slight inconvenience, even if he doesn’t really know how to solve it — ex; car troubles, technological malfunctions, can’t sleep, bored, doesn’t have the ingredients to make the food she wants, hangry, etc — just to annoy him.
Wilson once tried to convince Cuddy to get Cameron to work under him and become his fellow, saying he can teach her the basics and she already knows a lot from them talking about their jobs so she’s practically a natural already. Cuddy refused and Wilson never brought it up to her or anyone else ever again.
Cameron debated keeping her hair brown instead of dying it blonde because she enjoyed how her and Wilson basically matched.
Their bond began to get closer after Season 2, Episode 6: “Spin.”
Wilson once ranted to Cameron about House’s obsession with monster trucks and saying he doesn’t get it, that monster trucks aren’t that good, which caused Cameron to get offended. They then got into an argument that wasn’t really an argument, moreso playful jabs and teasing.
Wilson bought Cameron a tiny, toy monster truck—think Hotwheels—after their “argument” to make up for it. Cameron keeps it in her pants pocket as a good luck charm or always has it on her dresser.
Cameron calls Wilson whenever she has a nightmare and he stays up on call with her until she’s able to calm down. Sometimes it lasts the rest of the night, sometimes it lasts only a few minutes. Wilson stays on call as long as she needs.
Cameron also calls Wilson whenever she has to walk to her place at night and feels scared or paranoid. Wilson talks about whatever he can think of as she walks so she feels slightly more secure.
Cameron began calling him things similar to or that rhymes with his name instead of his name whenever she passes him in the hall and Wilson thought it was funny and began doing the same thing to her. It’s like an inside joke now and they both still smile and giggle whenever they do it.
Wilson, trying to get better at cooking, gives Cameron his food concoctions to taste test. She always acts like it tastes like crap at first but gives him her genuine rating afterwards.
Cameron points out random duo things and says to Wilson, “Look! It’s us!” He always agrees with her.
They dunk on each other’s taste in music but secretly listen to the bands the other suggests, sometimes hating the songs, sometimes loving the songs. They never tell the other if they do end up loving the band, but they stop announcing how much they hate it.
They do say, “Love you,” before hanging up every phone call and after they have a conversation at PPTH and need to separate to go do something else.
Because of them hanging out, Cameron has adopted some of Wilson’s little habits and gimmicks — Ex; has the same confused and judging face, puts her hands in her pockets and rocks slightly back and forth on her feet whenever she’s just standing in place, clicks her tongue to the top of her mouth when she’s slightly bored or thinking about something, etc.

[ Honestly, this is just me wanting them to have more bonding than what we get in canon. They have many amazing moments in canon that inspired this, but I wish we got more of their bond on camera. This is just for fun, anyone can add their own headcanons to this and pick it apart as much as they’d like, I’m just experimenting. ]
[ I was intending for this to only be a mood board at first, as I’ve been seeing a lot of mood board for my other fandoms on my feed, but then I kinda got carried away… ]
[ If you want more stuff like this, more headcanons, more mood boards, just let me know! I’m already working on another mood board for a group of characters from House MD already, so… yeah. Love you guys!<3 ]
Foreman started out as just a third wheel basically, then both Chase and Cameron started being more affectionate with him, then asked him out.
They tend to share clothes often, like, all their wardrobes are filled with each other’s clothes. So, they’ll show up to work wearing someone else’s shirt or pants every once in a while.
Cameron is definitely the most affectionate. Her love languages being physical touch, quality time, compliments, and gifts. Chase’s love language is quality time, some physical touch here and there, and compliments. And Foreman’s love language tends to be acts of service, quality time, and gifts. They all show affection and love towards each other differently, but Chase and Cameron are definitely more “out” about it.
Foreman isn’t the biggest fan of cuddling, mainly because it gets super hot and can be crowded. BUT, when he DOES want to cuddle, he tends to be in the middle with Cameron and Chase on either side of him just snuggling close. Sometimes he’ll spoon, but it just depends.
Whenever they go out, you bet their hands are CLAMPED together, fingers INTERLOCKED. They hold on tightly and squeeze close to each other.
Late night calls don’t happen super often, but when they do, it’s mainly between Cameron and Foreman surprisingly. Cameron tends to get nightmares and just stays up late in general, while Foreman finds difficulty falling asleep and finds Cameron’s voice soothing to listen to as he dozes off. It helps both of them in a way.
Fights happen super often at PPTH between them as they all work together, fight over diagnoses and patients, etc. But, when they all did officially get together, Foreman made a rule that no matter what happens at work, they don’t let it seep into their personal lives. They don’t bring the drama and fights back home with them. Sometimes it slips, but they try their best to separate their personal life and work life so they can stay together. And vice versa when it comes to personal fights and work.
First person to know was House, obviously. He didn’t really care they were all dating each other, made a few jabs and teases of course, but overall was fairly supportive in the “I don’t care what you guys do.” Kind of way.
While they all do try to hangout together, in a trio, the two who hangout the most and spend the most time together are probably Chase and Cameron. They try their best to include Foreman, but sometimes he’s too busy or just doesn’t feel up to it, so it’s mainly those two.
They all absolutely gossip about their patients and tell each other what they know. They offer theories about fights and patient backstories.
Chase and Foreman like to go on late night walks together whenever they can. They just listen to the bustle of the city and walk side by side, enjoying each other’s company.
They got together sometime in Season 3 after the first 5 episodes.
Chase had been the one to actually ask Foreman out, Cameron still mad at him for the medical article incident. They did harbor romantic feelings for each other, but didn’t let it front as they still felt frustration towards each other. Foreman still didn’t apologize, but did take Cameron on a date, just the two of them to discuss things, and the two talked, smoothing things over and leaving the place they went hand in hand. (Cameron made him buy her a lot of snacks, to which he begrudgingly complied.)
Chase and Cameron are definitely better when it comes to cooking, but Cameron prefers baking. That doesn’t mean she’s bad at cooking, Chase and Foreman love her food, she just prefers baking.
Foreman tends to be the designated driver, him and Cameron occasionally switching out for dates and—rarely—roadtrips.
Cameron takes their birthdays super seriously and makes sure to get them the BEST gifts, exactly what they wanted and more.
Chase likes getting both of them flowers, tulips for Cameron, roses for Foreman.
Chase tends to be the one to plan out most dates and hangouts, finding good spots and the greatest times to go.
Foreman can’t cook at all, but he likes to watch them cook and goes on grocery runs with them to spend quality time.
They don’t move in together, but they spend enough time at each other’s places that they’re practically living together at this point. They all have stuff in their places that the other two enjoy and prefer — Ex; Foreman’s favorite brand of coffee, extra stuff to use in the shower, Chase’s favorite brand of chips, extra pillows and blankets so they’re not fighting over the covers, etc.
Cameron constantly tells Chase and Foreman she loves them, making sure to express it verbally and physically, Chase says it from time to time, showing it mainly with intimacy and time spent together, Foreman rarely ever saying it, but making sure his actions speak loud enough for the other two to know he does indeed love them.

[ I’ve had this idea in my mind for SO long, you don’t even know. The thought of them being a polycule or just a close group of friends warms my heart. Make more fanfics shipping all three of them at once. GO GO GO! ]
[ Again, just for fun and my own headcanons. These were just thought of on the spot and are probably OOC, but, that’s what AUs are for !! Nothing is canon here. Canon is tis but a suggestion. So, if you have different headcanons, that’s okay! I encourage you thinking of your own headcanons for these guys instead of basing everything off of my interpretation!! ]
[ Talk about these guys more, analyze them more, do WHATEVER with them more. There’s so much shipping potential in these guys and I barely see it brought up often. Also got carried away with these guys too when it came to the headcanons. ]
[ If you have any suggestions for other characters from this fandom—or other fandoms!!—for this kind of stuff, the moodboard and headcanons, just send in an ask!! ]
