We cooked up some beautiful lamb shoulder last night, an @ottolenghi recipe where the lamb is marinaded in a cumin, lemon, mint, garlic and coriander paste then roasted for 6 hours.

Dinner also featured cauli roasted in olive oil, cinnamon and ras al hanout, cavolo nero with garlic, chorizo and sour cream.
