daily reminder that not all COCSA perpetrators are victims. While yes, in some cases they are, not always. Don’t assume.

"it didn't happen if there wasn't any proof/evidence!" is such a dumb argument because THE VICTIM IS LITERALLY THE EVIDENCE. IT HAPPENED TO THEM.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, Friday will mark four years since my neighbor put her hands on me, I can't remember what day my biological father had done the same though it was when I was still a young child.

When I had first mentioned it I was told to be quiet and that it didnt matter, that's when I blamed and punished myself for it.

I’ve only just gotten around to telling the few adults I trust about what happened to me, not my parents.

For once in my life I feel really supported and safe when they listen.

If I’d have a choice on how I die I would chose drowning. Maybe then in another lifetime I’d feel clean again.
