I am so stoked to go grocery shopping and meal prep for the week. So happy to have tomorrow off so I have the time! I'm planning a trip to Ft. Lauderdale to visit my best friend for a week so I'm hoping to drop some weight by then. I can't wait to see the progress I can make with this clean eating!!!!
Oh yeah...grey shows all the sweat! 💦💦 Day 1 cardio down! I don't know if I was meant to do cardio today...as I don't have my training plan yet...but I felt like I needed it after the weekend, last week, previous weekend, etc 😂 So back to it! This week is about re-establishing good routines and hopefully starting to feel a little less fluffy. I'm running on about 4 hours sleep today...just couldn't sleep last night! 😴 Think I'll be out like a light tonight.
A week out from comp day. Tbh i'm looking forward to it being over, having a normal life again, eating normal healthy food, being able to socialise and keep a healthy fit routine. The weight loss and progress has been great but a tad too intense for me. Follow the yellow brick toad to the end of the light now for this journey.
Slowly leaning up for comp in 10 weeks. Everyday being constantly hungry for food but also more improvement. Energy is starting to drop for gym and also work as well.
Walking cardio after a cold 4C shoulder weights session. Always love my @strongliftwear tights to achieve my goal for comp in 12 weeks.
The crunch!
As i just found out it's 12 weeks on Monday until my comp that i'm aiming for. I hope i'm ready for it when it arrives. New diet, many hard working hours in the gym, less socialising for now, more determination!
