Second gym workout for the day :)
Not gonna lie, I missed my quiet gym sessions. Only me and a couple other people.
My flexibility is about the same but I struggled on the shoulder press.

Dang guys... I'm 10 weeks out and I haven't used the past 6 weeks very well. I have progress but it's slow. My coach says I only need 6-8 weeks to get stage ready if I'm really on top of my diet. I've been facing a lot of stress though, and it's hard not to let that keep me from working hard in the gym. I WANT to be on stage. I do. I can't keep making excuses for myself.
I am so stoked to go grocery shopping and meal prep for the week. So happy to have tomorrow off so I have the time! I'm planning a trip to Ft. Lauderdale to visit my best friend for a week so I'm hoping to drop some weight by then. I can't wait to see the progress I can make with this clean eating!!!!
Great workout today! So ready to be on top of my game with prep this week. It’s all on me and I’m gonna get it done.

Happy international women’s day! Give someone a sincere compliment. Smile at a stranger. Most importantly, be kind to others and yourself! 🔸 🔸 🔸 Some days I don’t take my own advice and I’m pretty hard on myself about my progress, and my achievements (or lack thereof). On those days I need to remind myself to put things in to perspective!
Beginning of the school term (September 2016) vs now. Definitely not mad about the ~50lbs difference between the two pictures! (👀 LOOK AT THOSE BABY ABS) But I’m also so incredibly proud of the amount of self control I’ve developed and self discovery I’ve made. Is it conceited to make yourself your own #wcw? My life went through a complete 180 this summer. I moved to a new place, went though a lot of emotions, traveled, met new people, made connections with people who I never imagined, changed routines, and put a hold on my bikini prep. I needed a mental break. But I’m back and more motivated than ever. I can’t wait to begin with my new coach and take the bikini stage by storm. I’m focusing on myself and it’s time to GET. AFTER. IT.
