Tim is recovering conciousness slowly. Something is not right...

"Tim? are you there?" He hears Dick ask softly, maybe even scared. Tim blink twice until he can see Dick in front of him. Himself is against a wall on the batcave, every bat free that night is watching him caustounly from a safe distance.

"Wha--" He cuough and an inmense pain in his abdomen makes him double over him. "What's going on?" he says as he grabs his side.

"We don't know, but you were acting weird" answer Dick. Damian, on his side, is watching him wouthout blinking. Bruce is behind them, in a protecting posture.

"Weird how?"

"You were speaking arabic... but resembling an old man" says Damian. "You said and I quote: I made it, i finally made it, and then you fainted"

"How do you feel son?" finally ask Bruce, while coming closer to help him on his feets.

"I-- I do't know. I feel fuzzy, and it hurts my side when I move"

"Then let me check, take of the top of your suit" Tim nods and start removing it. When it is off, everyone is speechless. One of Tim's scars is black, and it appear to be some writing alongside it.

"What is this?!" nodoby answer him "It can't be posion or venom... I think something inside off me is trying to take control..." taking a deep breath, he grabs his head, feeling dizzy. "Quickly, tie me up"

Only Damian acts as requested, tying his wrist and ankles toghether. Soon after, Tim start acting werid again, whispering to himself and trying to untie his hand. His eyes are no longer deep blue, more la a dark brownish and greenish color. His pupil are blown, making him look... possesed.

"Dick, call Constantine... I think someone is trying to posses Tim"

As soon as Constantine looked the mark on Tim's body, he makes a face crearly feeling disgust.

"Is this mate mising something? An organ, perhaps?"

"Yeah, he is missing his spleen. Ra's took it a year ago" respond Dick, with an angry face.

"I have horrific news... and good news, so wich one first?" Bruce and the rest doesnt say anything, so Constantine start talking again. "I see how it is... the bad one fisrt, I advise you to take seat, this is disgusting"

Bruce simply stays where he is, without moving, whatching Tim while he is tie up and gagged so he doesn't speak. Damian and Dick take a sit and listen carefuly.

"There is and old old magic that nobody works anymore because is really nauseous to use it. You have to have a stomach... because probably old Ra's is eating Tim's spleen as we speak to take control of his mind"

I don' have a superhero boyfriend who can blackmail other hero to let me talk to them. But i have my metods so i meet some of the big, famous hero and i ask them "why is batman a hero?" Here the answer:

Green lantern says he was biten by a radioactive bat

Wonder Woman says she's pretty sure he is a man cursed to help by the god and inable to left gotham alone

Flash just says he is a bat who gained (trough the non exactly safe and very chimical water of gotham) the ability to turn into a man

Costantine says he probabily is a vampire who make a pact with some higher being to be able to sustain the sun and in exange have to protect gotham forever

Acquaman says he is a robot who clone mini version of himself to make them into soldier

Shazam says he is some prince of hell undercover in the mortal reign.

Green arrow says he is a dickhead and refuse to say anything else

Superman says he is just someone too tired to feel anything except the adrenalin of risking his life and the joy of children (too many children he says a little concerned)

Sometimes hero are so clueless. We all know he is just Bruce Wayne's sugar baby
