BETWEEN ANGELS AND INSECTS - PAPA ROACH
Okay, so this concept is just weird, and I accept that. We went to the store and all that they had was Scott Brand toilet paper, which is more than a little scratchy and thin, be we got what we could get. This gag came to me ON the toilet and, while weird and sureal, it felt very much like this toilet paper had an agenda against me, here. lol On the positive side, the pace of Scott that we got lasted a LOT longer than the softer, more comfy crap paper. So, that was a plus.

Stay Focus on God
One of the main encouragement that I tell the church is to stay focus on God. There is a lot of chaos in this world because of riots and covid-19 pandemic. Remember we are covered by the Blood of Jesus Christ and that we are citizens of the Kingdom of God. Kingdom of God is in Us and that we push the darkness through Christ Jesus.
Day 19 of Quarantine
Separate note...
People keep asking me what the feeling is like at the hospital. The best way I can describe it is to say that it feels like being back home when a category five cyclone was making a straight-line run towards your town. You hurry around, preparing everything as much as you can, getting everything in order, and then you sit and wait, dread growing, knowing there’s nothing you can do except brace for the impact and hope for the best.
It feels so much like that. We are just waiting now. We are as prepared as the budget and funding allow us to be (ie. underprepared with nowhere near enough PPE) and now we are waiting for the storm.
A friend of mine working in emergency up the coast messaged me last night and said “Each day I’m low level fearful for my life.” I think it’s a feeling most of us have but we feel we aren’t allowed to talk about or acknowledge. It’s waiting to know if you’ll live, who you’ll lose, and how many you will have to let die.
