Even the Official Team Leader and Coach gets a certificate of participation. The week started with a medical “classification”, I spend some extra time with the Doctors after and learned more about the process with different cases. Then it was the official technical meeting and making sure the boys were at at weight. Then the official kit check. All these had details and stress attached.
