These Tortellini Salad Skewers are a fun and tasty way to enjoy classic tortellini salad in a portable, stick form. Perfect for parties, picnics, or any gathering!
Ingredients: 1 package of cheese tortellini. 1 cup cherry tomatoes. 1 cup mozzarella cheese balls. 1/2 cup black olives. 1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced. 1/2 cup red onion, diced. 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves. 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden skewers.
Instructions: Cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions, then rinse with cold water and set aside to cool. Thread the skewers with alternating pieces of cooked tortellini, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese balls, black olives, green bell pepper, red onion, and fresh basil leaves. In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinaigrette dressing, salt, and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the skewers and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve the tortellini salad skewers as a refreshing and delicious appetizer or side dish.

Ingredients: 1 box of your favorite cake mix. 1 cup water. 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 3 large eggs. 1 cup frosting flavor of your choice. 1 package candy melts assorted colors. Cake pop sticks. Sprinkles for decoration.
Instructions: As directed by the cake mix, preheat the oven. Combine the cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil in a big bowl and stir everything together thoroughly. Bake the cake as directed on the package, then allow it to cool fully. The cake should be crumbled into fine crumbs with a fork or your hands. When the frosting resembles dough, add it to the cake crumbs and stir. Using a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shape the mixture into small cake balls. Put a popsicle stick into every cake ball. Melt the candy melts in different bowls as directed on the package. Evenly coat each cake pop by dipping it into the melted candy melts. Let extra run off. While the coating is still wet, return the coated cake pops to the baking sheet that has been lined and garnish with sprinkles. For each cake pop, repeat the dipping and decorating steps. Before assembling the cake pops into a tower or serving, let them set completely. Starting with a cake pop at the base, assemble the Cake Ball Tower by stacking more cake pops on top of it. To form a tower, keep layering the cake pops. To ensure stability, place the assembled Cake Ball Tower in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Present and savor your tasty and eye-catching Cake Ball Tower!

Hot Dog Flautas are a delightful twist on the classic hot dog. These crispy rolled tortillas filled with cheesy goodness and hot dogs make for a fun and tasty meal or snack.
Ingredients: 6 hot dogs. 6 slices cheese cheddar or American. 6 flour tortillas. 1/2 cup salsa. 1/4 cup sour cream. 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. On each tortilla, put a slice of cheese. On top of the cheese, put a hot dog. Roll each tortilla up very tightly. Put vegetable oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat. Roll the tortillas up and put them in the pan seam side down. It should take about two to three minutes per side to cook until golden brown on all sides. Put the flautas on a baking sheet. Warm the oven up and bake for 5 to 7 minutes, until the food is crispy. Add salsa, sour cream, and chopped cilantro and serve hot.
