1:01&3:10, Kaito and Len reach to each other’s hands mirroring erase or zero’s handrawn PV.

3:42, stained glass design is that of Kaito’s Originator module located on the sleeves. The scar on his back is his birthday, 2/17.

2:53~3:18, only heard by ear, Len’s possibly singing something along how he’s unable see and hear Kaito.

Theory: If you notice, Len was going to be sacrificed in the morning. In Project Diva's erase or zero, he’s connected to the sun. Kaito is being sacrificed at night, he is connected to the moon in the game.
