February 20, 2017 Day -3 done. Feeling pretty good but tired. Walked 2 laps on the floor, using a cane today. Yesterday I did 3 laps with a cane and 3 rest breaks. I explain quite a bit of what's to come!

Today I started my training to run for a cure for MS.

I can’t run to save my life but today I got my ass to the gym & onto that treadmill.
 My head reached unearthly temperatures & felt like it was going to explode, my left foot went numb & got pins & needles, but I kept going!

I ran to two of my favourite Fall Out Boy songs - man what a good choice, it totally got me through!!

For two years I’ve left MS hold me back. But not anymore. I won’t let it control me any longer!

Same again tomorrow?
