Not-so-pro tip from the pathetic chef: Calorie density matters. If you’re anything like me, I need to eat until my stomach is actually full. I envy those who can eat something tiny and say they’re full. This is not for y’all. Right here is a 🥗 that I made to eat at lunch. I ate this. Myself. To give you some perspective that’s an entire iceberg head of lettuce 🥬. Also, also not-so-pro tip, if your sourdough sits out all day on the counter by accident use those cardboard pieces as croutons baby. Eating less dense foods allows you to feel satiated or at least keeps you chewing long enough you get tired of the act of eating. But check the caloric intake. It’s literally the same as like three cookies. It also contains more vitamins and nutrients than the cookies do, so your body will thank you. Trust me.

N.b. My sodium is higher but once in a while it’s ok. Just drink lots of water. Sodium will have you retain water and if you’re trying to shred weight that can freak you out on the scale.
