Hi there! could I request a fic as a typical day with Crowley (Good Omens) as a parental figure with a child reader around 8-10 years old?
Father figure!Crowley with a child reader
Fandom: Good Omens
Gn!reader, child!reader, no use of Y/N
A/N: Dad!Crowley has such a special place in my heart you don’t understand </3. Tysm for the request, I hope you enjoy!
• Crowley wouldn’t be the traditional type of father figure by any means (Not that this comes as a surprise to anyone).
• He’d insist he was taking care of you because kids are easy to manipulate, similar to what he did with Warlock. Anyone who sees the way you two interact would know just how much of a lie that was
• A typical day for you two would probably be very chaotic, in all of the best ways. He’d be awake before you, in his office or with his plants.
• You try to sneak up on him. He hears you coming and tells you that you’ve still got quite a bit of time before you’ll actually be able to properly startle him.
• He’d make you breakfast as you babbled on about whatever stories you’d made up or whatever else was on your little mind.
• Once you were ready for the day he’d drop you off at school in the Bentley. He’d still go well over the speed limit, though slightly slower with you as a passenger. You’d love the adrenaline rush you get from racing down a bumpy road.
• He probably gets cut off by a couple of other parents while dropping you off. You copy him as he gives them the finger.
• He’d tell you to be a bad influence on the other kids at school. Not that he’d encourage you to get into a dangerous situation, but you’d definitely teach your classmates some fun new words.
• You’d run out to the Bentley to meet him once class ends. He wasn’t entirely sure how to react to your hugs the first few times, but by now it was second nature for him to wrap his arms around your small figure.
• He’d take your school bags from you as you buckled up. Odds are you’d stop by the bookshop before heading home. Crowley would warn Aziraphale to try not to be too good of an influence on you.
• You’d tell both of them about your day. The pretty flower you saw at recess and the kid who was hogging the slide. You spare no detail, and they’re both hooked on your every word.
• The grown ups would leave to talk about boring adult stuff you honestly couldn’t care less about. You get to play with your toys while they finish up.
• Your final stop before you head home is the park. You need to make sure the ducks are getting fed something other than bread. Your dad is oddly passionate about that. You like it too, of course, but it’s fun hearing him make fun of how stupid the other park-goers are.
• While he wouldn’t put too much pressure on you academically, he’d still make sure you got your homework done. He’d walk you through anything you needed help with. Even if he’d never taken a formal math class being alive for 6,000 years teaches you a thing or two.
• Technically he didn’t need to eat, but you refused to have dinner without him, so he got into the habit. You’d alternate whose turn it was to pick dinner.
• Sometimes you’d try to help him in the kitchen, other times you’d watch cartoons or draw on the floor. If he needed to give something time to bake or cool down he’d plop down on the sofa and watch either you or the TV until he was inevitably dragged into one of your games (not that he would mind).
• Even if you were playing something as simple as candy land he could never find it in him to be bored with what he was doing if you were there. Even if listening to the same song for the fifth time was getting slightly irritating.
• Dinners would consist of you two being overly sassy with one another. You play off of each other’s energy like second nature.
• Once you’re done eating you’d either continue playing or finish up with your homework. Either way you’d beg to stay up ‘just 5 more minutes!’ Before going to bed.
• He’d ruffle your hair and tell you if you go to bed now then you can feed the ducks again tomorrow. You go get ready, insisting you’re not going because he told you to, but because you want to feed the ducks. “Of course!”, he’d reply as you’d head off to the bathroom to brush your teeth.
• You’d try to sneak up on him again once you finish getting ready for bed, and get the same results as you did in the morning, before he’d scoop you up and take you to your room.
• Some days you’d pretend to fight it, laughing as you squirm in his arms. Other days you just let him grab you, wrapping your arms around him and pulling your head close to his chest. He hopes you don’t notice you’ve gotten too big for him to do this without using a miracle.
• He’d have issues actually saying the words “I love you”, but he’d show it in a million tiny ways. Even if you were only young you still picked up on them.
• You’ve mostly outgrown bedtime stories at this point, but sometimes you can’t resist the urge to ask him to tell you about one of his supernatural adventures.
• Your favorite stuffed animal to snuggle up with would be a plush snake. You’re not really sure when you got it, but it’s been your favorite for as long as you can remember.
• If you have nightmares that wake you up you instinctually cry out for Crowley. He’s there in a heartbeat. Sometimes you want to talk to him about it, other times you just cry as he holds you. Either way you fall back asleep in his arms as he holds you close, letting you know nothing can hurt you if he’s around.
• Nights he has an assignment are rough. You can always reach his mobile, but it’s not the same. He tends to leave behind one of his jackets for you to wrap yourself up in, just in case.
• You never once doubt that he’ll be back in the morning. You know you’ll try to sneak up on him again, and he’ll tell you that there’s still a long way for you to go before you can scare him.
• He might be a demon, but you’re his kid. Selfish and sinful as he may be, you’re his top priority, and you always will be.

Hello, I hate to be a bother but could you write some platonic head canons for Crowley x teen!reader. Where like Crowley is the readers dad?
Crowleys my one of favorite characters and I’d love to see how you think he’d be as a dad.
Your not a bother at all! I honestly don’t see too many fics about this topic but I definitely think about it from time to time.
I’ll definitely make a separate series about this in the future.
I’ll make a separate headcannon for aziraphale don’t worry!
Please clarify if you want female/male or gender neutral reader when requesting please. (This goes for everyone) 🙂
Reader is gender neutral to keep it fair.
Y/n is used a lot.
Requests: Currently On Hiatus (I’m just finishing the ones in my inbox for now)

Okay, being the child of a demon had its pros and cons.
Pro’s, you got away with a lot more than people would let on. You once took down the entire electric grid of Soho by accident but after realizing what you’d done, a huge smile had crossed your face. It was like you were being handed a billion dollars.
When you told Crowley he cackled, “the entire city is in a blackout?” You laughed with him, “it was an accident but it was funny when I heard people screaming because the lights went out.”
Cons, overprotective, VERY overprotective. You will not leave the flat until you tell him where you are going and when you will come back. You are his kid after all he doesn’t wanna lose you.
Despite all the arguments, at the end of the day you hug each other telling each other how much you love them.
“Dad?” You look up at his eyes, “hm?” He looks down. “I love you.” You smile, he rolled his eyes but nevertheless smiled softly, gently picked you up and swinging you around while you laughed.
When you first met Aziraphale he was surprised to hear that you loved to read (if you don’t, um, just pretend? Or skip this next part idc).
You happily expressed your love for the Hunger Games series, and many books about history.
Crowley grumbled everytime he got stuck in the middle your gossiping but he secretly liked that you were happy about sharing your interests, though he admit out loud.
When you had bad dreams, you’d sneak into Crowley’s room and cuddle into him.
“Y/n? What are you doing up so late?” He groggily asked.
“I had a bad dream dad, can I sleep with you tonight?”
“Yeah, come on, get comfy.” He smiled, you climbed in snuggle close to him as he wrapped his arms around you, you fell asleep quickly knowing you were safe.
Crowley is a great dad, rough around the edges but soft deep inside, he may not show it all the time but when you two are together he’ll make an exception to be soft.
In which Crowley finds himself suddenly with a baby on his hands, and remembers that he is a Dad.
Mandrea’s Other Adventures
word count: 2,350 ish
Warnings: language, heavy anxiety, some angst
“Have any idea what they might want?” Mandrea asked, feeling the tiny sensitive hairs across her body twitching. Two more demons had surfaced on Earth, and their vibrations were making her very put off.
Crowley shook his head, the Bentley plowing out of the main district of London at unholy speeds. “No. But you know the drill. We keep up appearances and we avoid their attention as much as we can. Best they only know us through our memos.”
“If I’m supposed to avoid their attention, care if I stay in the car?”
“I’d prefer it, actually. They may ask to see you though.”
Mandrea knew that tone, and it made her gulp. It wasn’t the tone he used when he was teasing her, but a smidge beyond the one he had when he was being protective. Crowley was at least a little worried, and that made Mandrea even more put off. To cover her nerves, and perhaps instinctively to calm both of theirs, she reached forward and quickly yanked the volume knob up so that Freddie Mercury’s voice blasted all the bad thoughts away.
The moment the Bentley parked, Crowley cleared his throat, cracked his neck, and huffed. “Right then. Stay here. I’ll signal if I need you.”
With that, his usual casual swagger was back and Mandrea watched him saunter over to where she could feel the two sets of black eyes on her. They may not have had great sight, but Mandrea giggled to herself at the thought that she had double the eyes the both of them had on her. Quickly though, she stifled it, watching intently from the passenger seat as Crowley’s demeanor shifted entirely. Again, the sensory hairs across her skin pricked, and Mandrea almost transformed into a spider to go after her master on instinct. Something else was there, and it seemed… peculiar. Unsettlingly so.
She watched him be handed a basket, and Hastur and Ligur seemed to be interrogating him. Crowley threw a thumb over his shoulder and the pair of maggoty bastards had the audacity to look directly at her. Mandrea let her true face flash and hissed at them through the window, which came out as a sort of roar as a result of demonic wrath. The pair didn’t flinch, merely rolled their eyes or sneered a bit at her.
Crowley sauntered back, completely casual, and tucked the basket into the backseat of the Bentley. Mandrea sputtered with quiet questions, but Crowley ignored her until he got into the driver’s seat and was able to speed away. The spider demon glanced at the wobbling arrow on its dial and realized he was zooming far above his normal speeds even, his hands clenched on the wheel.
A cry from the back seat got Mandrea’s attention. Her eight eyes bulged, she ripped her glasses off and whirled around.
“Don’t touch it,” Crowley hissed. She ignored him, tipping one flap of the basket up with a finger. Her gut dropped instinctively and she recoiled like she’d touched something consecrated. It was… a baby?!
“Crowley, what the Heaven is that?”
“... It’s the Antichrist.”
Mandrea gaped at him, and he glanced over to see the two slightly bigger than normal black eyes opened wide, while each set of three small ones clustered round them blinked feverishly. As much as he usually found it endearing how she reacted to shock, now wasn’t the time.
“The fucking what?”
“You heard me,” he practically panted, suddenly letting his frantic anger show. “Shit, shit, shit shit shit! Argh, why ME?!”
The radio answered something about them being best for the job, Mandrea wasn’t quite sure. She knew demons sometimes used their media to communicate, just like when they corrupted humans with it, but she was in too much shock to register anything except for the fog of instruction that entranced both her and her mentor.
They were to bring the baby basket--the great freaking beast, destroyer of kings, devourer of worlds, Mandrea noted--to the Satanic convent that would swap him into the hands of the American ambassador. A truck brought them out of their trance, and Crowley noted his apprentice’s eyes watering as she clenched her long fingers around the edges of her seat. The sight brought a pang of sudden guilt to wash over him that he had let his panic out in front of her, knowing it would incite her own.
Crowley delivered the baby to the church and came back out to find his apprentice--his “spawn” as he called her in brief moments of affection--still frozen and clutching the leather around her. There was no sign she’d moved, not even to harass the expectant father that had been standing in front of the car when they arrived. Her breath was coming in ragged, barely-there gasps and for once he didn’t know how he was going to calm her.
“It’s done,” he sighed, sinking into the seat.
He tried to relax, at the least for her sake, but adrenaline was pumping through his veins at an exponential rate. This was such a deep level of bad he had no idea what they were going to do. Crowley stiffened, motioning for her to hand him his phone as he got the car moving again. Anywhere, as long as they were moving away from this dreadful place.
Any air escaped Mandrea’s lungs like she’d been shot into space. “Oh shit. Oh shit, oh shit oh shit.”
Now she was shaking, and Crowley had to frantically wave his arm in her face to get her back on track. “Give me my bloody phone, I’m calling Aziraphale. We’ve gotta figure this out.”
That was it. That was what they would do; he would call Aziraphale and they would figure this out. There was no way the angel wanted Armageddon either, right? And Aziraphale always seemed to know the right thing to do.
The device hit him in the chest and fell into his lap, Mandrea making pained noises through clenched teeth while her body trembled. It was worrying Crowley more than he’d like to admit, only spiking his panic that came out as rage. He couldn’t remember when he last saw her this frightened. Perhaps not since The Fall.
“We’re sorry, but all lines to London are currently down.”
Earlier, they had thought that idea was hilarious.
Crowley screamed. Mandrea joined him, finally looking up from her quaking hands to shriek at the windshield. The Bentley quaked under the confused chaos ripping from the throats of both demons, Mandrea so distraught that her fangs were showing.
When the pair finally made it to Crowley’s flat, after a telephone box call to Aziraphale thanks to Crowley’s “genius hellionism”, Mandrea was in a full-on panic attack that had lasted what felt like ages.
He was beyond stressed about the situation just as she was, but it pained him to see her so shattered and he had no idea how to help. Mandrea was his friend, his usually wiley and crass and fun-loving little mini-me, but right now that demon was gone. Trying his best, he pulled her from the car and guided her into the flat as gently as he was able. Crowley had his hand around a clump of the back of her jacket like a lifeline, face still stoic but actions clearly betraying his unease. Crowley let her go only to let her sit down on her favorite chaise lounge, watching his apprentice with so much worry that it annoyed him.
Mandrea’s breathing was short and unsteady, her glasses long forgotten somewhere in the Bentley and all eight black eyes full of panic. They had lost their shine, that twinkle that had gripped Crowley by whatever shrivel he called a soul over five thousand years ago. The elder demon crouched to the floor in front of her, reaching out with uncharacteristically gentle hands to grasp hers. He could feel all the tiny sensory hairs across the backs of them and her wrists, all stiff and raised like the hackles of a frightened dog.
“Drea, love, we’ll be okay,” he tried. “Look at me, we’re gonna be just fine. We’re going to meet with Aziraphale tomorrow and we’ll sort this out.”
His thumbs running along the backs of her hands smoothing down the hairs slowly calmed her, until she was breathing at least a little more and it only shook with the tears rolling down her cheeks in a waterfall. Mandrea’s eyes clamped shut, allowing most of the salty water to escape without flowing into her secondary sets of eyes. When the main two opened again and looked at him, Crowley knew he’d pulled her back a little because it meant she was trying to focus her vision on his face. But when she spoke, Mandrea’s voice was still a hoarse, barely-there whisper.
“Please don’t lie to me.”
“Please don’t cry,” he countered.
Crowley reached up and wiped her cheeks, careful not to put pressure on her little closed extra eyes. She let out a shaky sigh and swallowed hard, and he stood up, summoning her a drink and sitting beside her on the chaise. They were alone, and he could tell how terrified she was and how worried that made him, and all of the emotions roiling in him pushed Crowley to open his arms. Mandrea gave him half a second’s worth of skepticism before she dove into his embrace, clutching his jacket and shaking like she wanted to hide there forever.
“Drea, kid, you’re not acting like yourself,” Crowley murmured, trying to squeeze what comfort he could into her. “We always find our way out of sticky situations, that’s our thing. What’s bothering you so bad?”
A sob cracked against his chest and shattered whatever might’ve been considered a heart within it. “Be-Because I’m going to die, Crowley!”
“What?” He pulled her back a little to look at him, grasp on her shoulders firm and steady. “What the Heaven are you talking about?”
“We’re talking about the End, the-the war! They all hate me; once they st-start fighting it won’t matter who kills me, someone will! And I won’t just be dis-discorporated, some stupid angel or demon is guh-oing to kill me!”
Crowley sighed, hugging her against him to try and calm the shaking demon. She was working herself up again, and he had to consciously remember sometimes, like now, that she really was still just a kid in a lot of ways. Mandrea may be able to mostly keep up with him in sass and skill, but she had never gotten the chance to hone her powers or even to mature like the other angels did before they got caught up in the rebellion. She was young, and frightened by a lot of things though she didn’t often let on. But Crowley always knew. He could always tell, and he always knew how to get her confidence back. Being held, being soothed and swaddled tightly actually did help to comfort her, though she’d cut him to ribbons if he dared utter a word of it. No, that was something he knew just from thousands of years raising Drea as his own.
What she’d really never let him say, was that it was truly just him that comforted her, the one person who took her in and loved her when everyone else decided she was a pest. Crowley was the thing she needed, and the thing she would miss if she died.
“Oh, little spawn of mine. You really think I’d let anything happen to you?” Crowley consoled her. “No matter what this comes to, no matter what we have to do, I told you all those years ago you were stuck with me. I’m gonna take care of you, kid. Don’t worry yourself too hard.”
Her voice was so small, like she had shrunk and could only murmur against his shirt. “I’m scared, Dad.”
“I know. But you don’t have to be.”
There was a sigh with some finality to it, and a gentle nod against his chest. Crowley eased his arms away and saw Mandrea rubbing her face, trying to return herself to a sense of normalcy. Exhaustion was clear on her, and he had to admit he felt it too.
“You need to rest, Drea. We’ve got work to do starting tomorrow.”
Mandrea nodded, but clutched at the velvet of the chaise and looked away nervously. “I- I know.”
A soft breath of recognition escaped Crowley’s lips, and with a wave of his hand she was in her pajamas, silky and relaxing against skin that was minutes ago twitching with sensory overload. He had summoned her a blanket as well, knowing what she needed to calm down enough to rest and feel safe again. So, with a final look into her eyes to assure him this was what she wanted but wouldn’t say, Crowley prepared himself for a level of intimacy and caring that he had only done a few times over the course of their lives together.
Crowley gave her a nod, and tucked the blanket around Mandrea’s shoulders. She laid down beside him, pulling it up to her chin and settling while she heard the warping noises of her mentor shifting forms.
Heavy, long coils of black scales weighed down her blanket as Crowley coiled himself around his apprentice--his “little spawn”--giving her the tight squeeze he knew would swaddle her into contentment and peace of mind. Mandrea was curled in a bundle of blankets and tied securely by an elaborate snake knot, and at last gave a little purr that let Crowley know she was calm. That settled, he tried to let the feelings of safety he was bringing Mandrea wash over him as well, refusing to let the confident facade he’d put on for her fall. No, he resolved then and there that the Earth was too precious a haven for both of them to let it end, and he would do everything in his power to stop this nonsense from happening. Staring at eight softly closed eyes from her side as he drifted off, Crowley made a silent promise.
Summary: Crowley celebrates Easter with the five-year-old princess of hell.
Triggers: None, just father/daughter fluff
Y/N = Your name | Y/E/C = Your eye colour | Y/H/C = Your hair colour
A/N: Suddenly Easter was here, and I decided to dig up an old duo that I liked writing little fluffy oneshots for! You can find all the stories with this father/daughter duo here. All these fluffy stories can be read separately from each other or together. Just fluff, no strict story-line, though I would recommend starting with Fatherhood, which has the most extensive backstory for the pair.

Considering his role as King of Hell, most holidays didn’t really sit right with the crossroads demon turned ruler of hell. After all, any holiday celebrating a god, be it Pagan, Christian or otherwise, wasn’t really his cup of tea. But, over the last five years Crowley had come to appreciate the joys that came along with the holidays.
Ever since his favourite hellhound, Juliet, has brought the small hiccupping bundle of joy into his life five years ago, the King of Hell’s life had been turned upside down. Including how he spent the holidays.
When Juliet had showed up on his doorstep, filled with protective maternal instinct and carefully carrying the small human baby after collecting her foolish mother’s soul, Crowley had never expected that that same little girl would become his whole world. But that was exactly what his little princess was as Crowley had decided to raise her as his own.
The king would do anything for the little girl who was in fact the true ruler of hell since the little five-year-old girl had him wrapped around her little finger. Including creating a full Easter celebration in Crowley’s brightly furnished private slice of hell. From crafts, to the bunny ears resting on her (Y/H/C) hair acting like the princess’ crown for the day.
Which was why the man that was feared by demons and humans alike was currently sitting in front of a table filled with Easter crafts as her latest Disney movie obsession played on replay in the background.
Before hell’s littlest princess had come into his life, Crowley’s hands had always done more harm than good. He’d never needed to control his strengths as he found pleasure in crushing his enemies between clenched fingers. Yet, now his hands were achingly careful as they held the empty eggshell between two fingers and carefully painted the white surface her favourite colour. His eyes only glancing up from the careful work to look over at where his little chipmunk was painting her own, much less breakable plastic egg.
A tiny pink tongue sticking out between pursed lips as (Y/E/C) bright eyes carefully added colours on the already brightly painted surface. Though, Crowley thought as he looked fondly over at his little darling girl with a warm smile, more colours were ending up on her tiny hands and the oversized shirt Crowley had put her in. His tailor would be heartbroken if he saw how the beautifully crafted white shirt had ended up as a five-year-old’s art smock.
Easter had become a yearly tradition in Crowley’s private part of hell quite quickly after his family grew to include the adorable little girl. After an Easter Disney special when she was just three years old. Which had seen the little devil putting her puppy dog eyes to good use as she begged her daddy for an Easter egg hunt of her own.
“That’s a pretty egg pet,” Crowley beamed, the pride he felt as his little girl’s father easily rivalling (and frankly beating by a mile) his pride for his role as ruler of all things wicked. His soft words breaking the little girl’s concentration as she gave him her best smile. The warm bright smile was one that was only reserved for the princess’ daddy.
“Is Eas’er!” The little girl giggled, holding up the egg with paint splattered tiny fingers as she beamed with pride of her own at her little handiwork. As if the holiday itself was depicted on the formerly white egg’s surface amid rainbow splashes of colour.
“Yes it is! And… Daddy heard that the Easter bunny was by earlier, when you had your princess nap,” Crowley stage whispered conspiratorially. As if the overgrown bunny’s apparent appearance in the small two-person family’s slice of hell was some well-guarded secret. The laugh lines he’d developed after five years with his darling girl became even more prominent as he smiled. Finally moving along their Easter celebration to what he knew was his darling girl’s favourite part; the candy.
“Eas’er bunny?” The excited squeal was half question, half jittery energy as she carefully put down her paintbrush. Bright (Y/E/C) eyes alight with wonder at the mention of the mythological fluffy bunny in a way that had Crowley certain she was picturing one of her own many teddy bears cast in the role within her own active imagination.
“Yes chipmunk. Do you think he left anything behind?” Crowley chuckled as he carefully put the final egg down with gentle fingers. Leaving it to dry as he grabbed the wet wipes next to him to clean the paint off his fingers as well as the little devil’s paint coloured… Well, everything really. Including the little streaks of paint that have inexplicably painted both her cheek and soft tendrils of her messy (Y/H/C) pigtails.
His little girl, hidden from the evils of his job and from his enemies in his private slice of hell, would only ever see his big hands painted in bright colours. She would never see his knuckles scraped up from punishing some disobedient subject, nor coloured an angry red. Her world was one built on innocence, light and pastel rainbows.
That was something Crowley had resolved long ago, when he took on the best job in the world; his role as her father. Which was why only a few of his closest confidantes even knew of the little princess hidden safely in the bright and warm corner of his kingdom. In the only place he could call home, simply because she was there.
“Choco eggs!” His little girl squealed, scrunching up her nose as Crowley gently removed the water colours painting a rainbow on her apple-round cheeks.
“Really? You think so?” Crowley gasped in pretend surprise. Making a show out of looking around and under the table for any eggs as his little girl giggled and shifted impatiently in her seat. The sound of her laughter was sweeter than any chocolate treats to the demon as he easily lifted her up into his arms spinning around in a lazy circle to tease more sweet laughter from his little devil’s lips.
“Yes! Daddy, les go ‘untin with ‘Ette!” Of course, there was no way the hellhound turned lapdog could be left out of the Easter celebration. After finding and rescuing hell’s little princess five years ago, the formerly proud hound had taken on the role as (Y/N)’s nanny and guardian instead. Spending most days, unless she had to go out to collect souls, by the little girl’s side. Playacting as the dragon to the little girl’s knight or joining in on imaginative technicoloured tea parties.
Not that Juliet seemed to mind her new role. If how she was sitting patiently next to Crowley, waiting for the Easter Egg Hunt to start, was anything to go by. A matching pair of bunny ears balanced precariously on her head and as always making the King of Hell curious if his little daughter, though human, truly could see the hound. Since she would just point in Juliet’s direction whenever asked about it. Not willing to give up the secret to her childlike magic.
“As my little bunny commands,” Crowley beamed, swinging his little girl around until she was holding onto him with little legs wrapped around his side like a tiny monkey. The bunny ears on her head nearly falling off as she let her head fall back in happy laughter. (Y/H/C) pigtails shaking as her impatient little head swung back and forth already looking for eggs on their way to collect her basket.
“Daddy! Dun fo’get the bunny ears!” She added with a small giggle, a still slightly colourful finger pointing out Crowley’s own abandoned bunny ears on the table as he walked them towards her room to find a basket for the eggs.
“Of course pet, thank you for reminding Daddy,” He hummed as he placed a small kiss on her cheek, followed by some surprise raspberries against her still paint covered neck to tease more happy laughter out of the girl.
“Welcome!” She beamed, her little colourful fingers going around his neck and hugging him close as hard as she could. Which was in fairness not all that hard, though she really did put her whole tiny little body and heart into it. Before placing a sloppy wet kiss on his cheek, copying her daddy.
Swiping up the ears along the way, Crowley let fingers tickle more laughs out of his little heavenly slice of joy as he placed the ears on top of his own head. Letting them replace his crown for the day as he temporarily stepped down from the throne to just be Crowley, father to the beautiful child in his arms.
Vowing, of course, to make sure no one except his little girl knew this side of the King of Hell. As he was sure a certain Squirrel and Moose combo would find a ton of very creative ways to make use of that little piece of information if he gave them a chance. Including an extensive range of rabbit themed nicknames if he knew them well enough. And Crowley was certain he knew a lot more about the Winchester duo than what he normally let on.
No, this Crowley didn’t belong to the world. With his Easter bunny ears on top of his head, a matching pair with his little darling’s own Easter themed crown, he was not a demon nor the King of Hell. He wasn’t the man loathed by most in the world. Nor the demon who disliked the holidays. Instead, as he hugged his world close to him, he was just Crowley. The luckiest father in the entire world
---
“Where do you think the bunny hid your chocolate eggs then?” Crowley said, placing a quick kiss on the crown of (Y/H/C) hair as he swiped up the little pink plastic basket and let his bouncy little girl’s tiny feet hit the ground again, ready for the hunt.
“All o’er!” She beamed hands outstretched to include her whole little hidden world in the gesture. Eyes bright with promises of colourful eggs and sweet rewards as she rushed Juliet along. The cheeky little girl used the hellhound to her advantage as she made the usual apex predator into a bloodhound, sending her to search one corner of her bedroom before the princess ran in the opposite direction. Hunting for sweet treasures in the spoiled and beloved little girl’s toy chest.
Maybe it was just the pride of a father. But Crowley was sure his little girl was the brightest five-year-old around. Seeing as how she knew exactly how to use the hellhound's superior sense of smell to her advantage.
A wonderfully warm squeal filling the air as she lifted the first of many more chocolate eggs up to show her dad. As proud as only a five-year-old could be by her skills as a treasure hunter. A small furrow in her brow replacing the happy smile as she considered her choices; to eat the spoils of her treasure hunt straight away or place them in the basket. Clearly deciding that she’d rather enjoy the sweets later, on the couch with a Disney movie as she rushed over to drop the egg into the pink basket in Crowley’s hand.
Watching as his little bunny bounced back over to keep looking for eggs, Crowley smiled down at the singular egg in the basket. Knowing it would soon be filled to the brim with all her hard-won Easter treats.
On calm Easter afternoons like this one, it was much easier for the demon to find joy in the holidays he once despised. Since they gave him the sweetest treat he knew of. One that rivalled the many Easter eggs he’d carefully spent the evening before hiding for her to find.
The smile of his little girl.
