more art for @bag-bang's event! the theme this week was "don't dodge the draft", so i took it upon myself to finish up this silly doodle i had sitting on my computer. i believe this was inspired by one of the prompts from last year's penguin week, "beach"—i never ended up finishing the beach drawing featuring penguin, but it got me thinking about dc villains at the beach, so at the time i started doodling this, too. now it's finally done, several months later!
