January 2014 - September 2015 Cualquier mejora que vean en la imagen no es mera coincidencia. No solo trabajo de hormiguita, tambien he sido inspirada por muchos a no renunciar. Esto es algo que esta ocurriendo con mas frecuencia cada vez, no es estable, but it is coming y para mi es more than enough. Mas de lo que pude soñar. Y es por el significado interior que comparto esta foto donde evidentemente si hay un progreso físico notable. Pero en el interior, guao! La fortaleza que construimos con el Yoga es poder mantenernos humbles en la entrega sin quejas ni deseos. La fortaleza espiritual no es todo el tiempo decir YO PUEDO sino YO ME ENTREGO❤️ Todo llega cuando tiene que llegar porque estamos listos para recibirlo🙏 Estoy contenta porque siento mi columna mejor, sana y a través de ella fluyendo mas energía. También porque siento la libertad al haber soltado aquello que me tenia atada y presa. Las cadenas que el Yoga rompe son energéticas, y al romperse un abismo vasto de libertad es lo que queda.
