Homemade and Hygienic Momos.

Recipe:-
Ingredients
1. 1/2 Kg AP Flour (Maida).
2. 1Tbsp Salt.
3. 1/4th Tbsp Baking Soda. (Optional)
4. 1 Cup Water. (Room Temperature)
5. Cabbage 1 cup.
6. 1/2 Cup Onions.
7. 1/4th Cup Celery & Leeks.
8. Seasoning according to Taste.
9. Fresh Red chillis.
10. Tomato.
11. Garlic.
12. Corriander.
13. Vineger.
14. Soy Sauce.
Method:-
1. Add Flour, Salt, Baking Soda and knead a thick and firm dough. Brush with little Oil and Rest for 30 minutes.
2. Make Filling by adding Finely chopped/ Brunoise Vegetables and season it with Salt, Chilli, Soy sauce and Vineger.
3 Make small Dough balls and stuff it with filling and Shape it.
4. Set up a Steamer and brush it with a little oil.
5. Steam it for about 8-10 minutes on medium-high flame.
For Chilli Dip:-
1. Add fresh 15 Red Chillis, 1 Red Tomato, Salt, Red chilli powder, few Corriander leaves, Garlic and Vineger to a blender and make a paste.
2. Now add oil to a pan and add the blended paste to oil and let it cook on Medium Flame.
3. Garnish with few Seseme Seeds and Corriander Leaves
