I honestly believe that assuming someone else's support needs (especially for disability in general) is not okay.
Especially if you met them once or twice, or never at all. Do you fully understand what this person is going through?
It's fine to educate someone on support level needs but it's not fine to assume someone is x support level based on only YOUR perception and little info.
Also- I think being an advocate means having an open-mind, instead of assuming right off the bat. Disability is a spectrum, a wide spectrum at that.
