I combined them together. :]#The pose and angling was challenging on this one. I used a real life ref for the wheelchair and that helped.#This ended up coming out better than I would've thought. I like that I played into the angles on this one!#There's eighty million reasons why Johnny means something to me.#But a big one as of late has been becoming more accepting of my own disabilities.#Omg it's 2AM what if I got very vulnerable and revealed something so secret that only one other person knows.#I won't go into the weeds of my health or overexplain any of that.#But what I will say is that over the past several weeks I've been trying out different mobility devices.#And like... God. It's made all the difference. I feel more alive. Like I can live my life more.#So thank you Johnny. You've helped me yet again. <3

Since it's almost the end of disability pride month I figured I'd share some of our physical disabilities, including the more "gross" ones because people with "gross" disabilities deserve to be able to voice their struggles too !!

Gi disease that doctors refused to diagnose despite severe and chronic intestinal pain, bleeding, constipation, and nausea literally since we were in the NICU

Sensitive joints , we were tested for arthritis and we don't have it , our joints just hurt

vasovagal , tbh idk what this does but the cardiologist said we probably have it but he refused to do the test because he doesn't think we need it

Sight impairment , while not too severe , we need glasses in order to clearly see more than 10 feet in front of us with

Coordination and balance issues

Chronic back and nerve pain from falling off a horse last year , our dad thinks there's a chance we actually broke it and still won't take us to the doctor despite my mom yelling at him

Permanent limp , we broke our ankle twice in first grade and we've had a limp ever since . Our back injury is making the limp more pronounced

Asthma , fuck this one the most
