Good Trans News!!

Whenever a celebrity turns out to be transphobic they get a million hours of media coverage and spotlight. It’s easy to feel like every famous person hates trans people, and that’s just not true! We have tons of high profile allies!

GUESS, WHO FINALLY GOT TO SEE PROOF!!!

The show was amazing, and seeing Ayo and Don live was surreal, but they absolutely embody their roles, and the whole cast does as well. I did not expect the show to be as heartbreaking just as it was funny ( you can say it's a tragic comedy like The Bear). The topics of grief, legacy,mental health,double standards, and complicated relationships were all tackled by the the writing,structure and chemistry of the cast. Seeing a predominantly black cast re telling this story is so important especially with us talking about mental health. I am really grateful that I got to see the show, and this pushed me to go to my first solo trip to nyc. If you guys have a chance to see this show before it leaves on July 19th, DO IT!!!!!!!!

Also, this got me to write a note of Ayo, and even tho I wasn't able to meet her, I got one of the security guards to give it to her, and I hope she likes it. Plus, I got to meet some cool people while watching the show and after and got an autograph from Adrienne Warren (who was really sweet) .
